This is Phil Spencer's domain, he green or redlights everything at MGS. I listened all summer long how Xbox gamers thought Spencer was "so cool" I reminded as many as I could that he's responsible for the last 4 years of the internal development of Microsoft's publishing arm.

Mattrick is gone but the staff and the culture he created still remains in place.

Could it be that he needed it to be online to activate the game but is unable to because he got banned on xbox live? Or, is he just clueless?
He played the game for 24hrs after the ban. He is able to play other games while disconnected to XBL, but not COD. That is strange no matter how you slice it.

My guess is Infinity Ward hasn't removed the DRM with a patch for the Xbox One yet. It will probably be sorted at launch.

Well I have to admit, if I were banned I would assume that I'd already been disconnected. Removing the cable and disabling wifi would seems unnecessary. I guess MS thinks that a banned console can still ping their servers with spybots. Also from how he described it before it was only COD.

EDIT: So he ONLY has COD atm. Not the same as saying "It's only COD doing it." Yeah. Okay. Not really using this guy as a #1 Source anymore.

it's a 360 game rush ported for the X1, all they added next-gen wise is the amount of zombies on screen, but this will def be my fun with mates coop game to play come launch.

all capcom games have crap fps issues even on the 360!, all the other X1 games have no such fps issues, so yeah crapcom.

I guess the framerate analysis DF did for BF4 went right over everyone's heads..... And that's before they turned on AO. And Single player.

what the dip under 60fps 2/4fps difference?, me and joli are not comparing dick sizes, we are talking about DR3 CHUGGING down to sub 20fps which is stupid bad for any dev on any hardware.

There's a greater than 2-4fps difference and it's a single player analysis. BF4 will perform worse in multiplayer on both platforms.

And that's a pretty common framerate on the Xbox 360 so I don't see why it's so shocking. Developers don't target performance. Customers don't care about it.

Every single multiplatform game on the Xbox One appears to have some kind of issue with performance. It is definitely more disappointing to see that in a exclusive, but it's not shocking.

Its bad because they get the same fps that they would have on the 360 that they get on the X1, this game has rush port written all over it.

In game web browsing/multi-tasking is definitely a useful feature.

As you said, snap should work really well with walkthrough guides from youtube.
