It's also a SCAN. Can we like, get some legitimate media for this game soon? I don't feel like deleting all of these images, but I don't know where they're all coming from either.

I can believe that it's in game, just rendered beyond a consoles capacity for image quality. A lot of screenshots for magazines are distributed in ridiculous resolutions (for print quality reasons). No one wants to scale up an image to that degree and make it look even worse than it actually does.

Yea but as you are aware increasing resolution has a major impact on clarity, so its kind of misreprasenting the actual in game graphics.

Personally I would sooner see it with jaggies, at least I know what to expect.

Very few people scale up 720p images to print resolutions.. if this were actually direct media there'd be a far better chance that we'd be seeing the real deal. Every shot has just been from the same set of scans, in a moderately better quality each time.

Nope your right, there is nothing special about the graphics at all, but like GTA this game has never been a graphical showpeice for any console.

Well supposedly the levels are huge aswell, and its the best looking Tomb Raiders ever so thats whats got us excited.

i agree, the environments especially look very similar to what legend offered which wasnt particularly great. its definately the best looking tomb raider, even from the little we've seen, but considering legend and anniversary didnt look particularly jaw dropping, thats not such a huge achievement. still, as long as it plays like anniversary then i'll be happy since that game was pretty damn cool (except the combat which was dire)
