aside from the odd few games where it is an option, but you get slower load times.

but yeah, install (usually automatic) complete the game, and then delete the game data, and keep your save data, kinda like you would on a Pc if you ever decided to reinstall it and play it again.

Really, i have not come across any game that offer that feature Korn, not saying your lying or shit, just saying not seen it myself :)

I was at a Walmart last night, and saw they still have their PS3 bundles in stock.

there really arnt that many. i think motorstorm was one of them tho. but that game took a while to load vehicles when you'd intalled it, so i dred to think how long it would take without it.

That was a good bundle, but since I already had Batman for the 360 I didn't go for that one.

Ok so I've been playing MGS4. I'm at that part after I kill Rage I believe, the part after the motorcycle chase scene, and then you keep watching the movie and Liquid takes control and all that, and then you go to Shadow Moses.

I have serious problems thinking *what* exactly makes this a great game. I have no reason to be bias, I thought it looked clunky in videos but oh boy, is it clunky. The controls in this game are bad, period. You have to do some weird things to just shoot a damn bullet where you want to. And the aiming is just slow (even after changing the settings), it really does feel like Snake is old. Moving while prone is a total joke as well. Taking cover is pretty pointless too, it's not like you can shoot while in cover. From videos, rolling in a barrel as a weapon looked goofy, but damn is it stupid.

That motorcycle chase scene is just that, a scene. You don't actually do anything there. You are just *trying* to shoot, but the aiming is so bad is close to impossible, and it surely is pointless to kill enemies. Was great to watch though. Then there is the camera, which falls short of other shooters with the same camera such as splinter cell, etc etc.

The bosses are all very samey thus far too. Unless they include some sort of puzzle element to them, I don't see how they can be improved either. I just don't think they fit very well, and I just don't see how they are an improvement to all other bosses in all past MGS games. I think they are entertaining to play only because of the situation you are in, and the fact that the boss is just a cool boss, but it certainly does not play great. And finally it is that part of the game where you are following that informant through the city, talk about boring and overly long--felt like they were trying to make the game longer.

Sound is excellent though, story is great, cutscenes are incredible. Graphics are ace (except for some terrible texture here and there, and some really bad shadowing issues in some levels).

The movie is a great movie. The game is overrated. I'm having fun, but I just don't see what makes the gameplay in this game anything higher than a 7. I think the motorcycle chase is an excellent example, and pretty much shows what this game is. If this scene was not as well done as it is through great graphics, a great buildup to the scene, explosions, cool enemies, slow-mo and the like, it would be highly criticized and called just one more on-rails shooting gallery. I think reviews are just heavily influenced by what the game does right, not the actual gameplay.

I'm having control issues with KZ2 as well. I might just be used to the Xbox 360 control, for FPS games. But it is really hard to get used to. LBP demo is fine for the most part. Graphics are very good in KZ2. I don't like the camera bob, is there a way to turn it off. Makes me a bit nauseous after a while. LBP demo has impressed me most on PS3. I also like the professional/grown up look of the XMB, compared to the NXE. More "home theaterish". NXE is easier for me to find my way around, but I just might be more used to it.

My "home theater" area of my house (basement) is still under construction, and I'm going to be hooking my PS3/360 up to a 58" Samsung, so I'll delve further into the PS3/bluray arena, once that is complete. So far so good with the PS3. I definitely like that I have access to the exclusives, but will stick with 360 for 3rd party, due to most of my friends on LIVE and its better functionality.

Little Big Planet demo has impressed me more than any demo, than I can remember in quite some time. Very polished, fresh game. I hope to get into that ModNation beta.

Controller is just down to personal prefrence, but i for one highly agree that 360 pad is better for shooters.

Also LBP keep your eye on it on play.com it goes from 8.99 to 19.99 very often.

Well so I just finished MGS4.....WOW....

So very few games have so much detail put into them, it's a true rare breed in terms of production levels. I still maintain that this game is not a great playing game, but it does put to shame most others in all other areas.

So onto LBP. I find it really dumb how they created the online search, so freaking awkward, just give me a list.

Also, do some levels not load at all? I went to one of the highest rated and its been loading for minutes now, wtf is that normal?

Anyways, I had some good fun with LBP. I wish the search function was a bit more simplified, just giving you a list instead of this globe.

Also, can the levels be downloaded, or do you depend on being connected to the PSN. I couldn't find an option to download them, would be nice.

Also MGS4 yes damn good, but as you said as a "playing game" its not that good, not something you can pick up and play really is it lol

Also Lebato, dont play the onling games(on LBP) untill you tried making your own levels in depth, once you spent a few nights on that, try the dead space level and dino islands, then try the naughts and crosses game among the music ones (like Final Fantasy) just to understand how amazing some of the things are that people can pull off on this game.
Also i should put my "aliens tribute" level up, i gave up on the characters in the end, i spent that long on the opening sequance ...
