As you are certainly aware by now the Xbox Live Marketplace demo of Stranglehold is available since yesterday, and we took the time to capture and encode a long and rather large video. Personally I've really enjoyed playing the demo, and I think I'll be able to replay it a dozen of times without getting bored. The game may think really messy while watching it, but it's definitely a title you have to play. Also a special mention for the cutscenes, quite well directed and making me want to see more. The first great John Woo "movie" since Hardboiled?

Commented on 2007-08-10 20:13:50The only problem I have with it is the graphics, but I suppose that's just because it's a demo and things were made as compact as possible (video gameplay footage of the game looks TONS better than the demo gameplay).
A definite rent, not sure if I should buy it yet - since there are like 20 games coming out this fall that I want...oh well, time to get gamefly.

rental at best.
