As expected DjMizuhara managed to buy Lost Odyssey today, much less expected was that his 7th (yes, you read that right) Xbox 360 would have so much trouble reading the game's DVD, leading to slowdowns during the cutscenes and even crashes... He still managed to capture some videos, starting with this one where you'll certainly recognize the demo area, but with still quite a few tweaks since last year!
Update: Added the second part, with finally some new stuff!
Update2: And here comes the third part, named "City"...
Update 3: 4th part is up, with the definitive proof that DjMizuhara is indeed British!
Update 4: 5th part is online, and a last one will follow later today.

LOL!

I hope it doesn't have the framerate problems Blue Dragon had. The story looks much more interesting, that's for sure.

absolutely, besides i love this just to see how far the game improved compared to that early demo.

Hi Blim am still downloading so I gots question about languages I do have a JP 360 and i pre-ordered this.

1. Does it have english voice track?
2. any other english options asides from voice i.e. Menu

yes I can read the Katana and Hiragana mix menus just curious especialy for reading the thousand year back story.

I'll answer it for you, There is english voice work, no english menu's or subtitles though.

The graphics are very nice..I'm not much of a JRPG gamer so not really interested in this game..I'm sure there's some background about why the main characters are acting the way they are, but it reeks of "Overacting" in regular movie terms..

What was up with the person playing he made the combat look back obviously you have to hit the button when the outer circle hits the inner one.

man the game looks really amazing..its so detailed and well animated, but it also is very stable, unlike other UE3 games..i didnt notice any pop in and the framerate looked very solid, the few drops i saw probably atributed to the drive errors Blim mentioned..they clearly built a solid game, i cant wait to see more and eventually play it myself

I just realised that some of the voices are in english (the demo scene)

BlimBlim can you ask DJ if the japanese copy has english text and subs? Cause I really want to import this game.
