New Cry On artworks?

The official Mistwalker site has been updated with a new Artwork gallery from two different unnamed games. The second part is most certain their new DS game Away, but the the first 8 images are either from an announced project, or a bit more likely from Cry On. It sure has been a long time since we saw anything from that game, so anything's possible.

If that is indeed Cry On, it looks incredibly different than it did before. It looks like Ghost In The Shell now or something. Amazing.

Since Final Fantasy became a boring piece of crap, Sakaguchi is the only one making true JRPGs with story and drama, Farooq.

With the exception of the main character being another annoying whiney kid, Final Fantasy XII was easily amongst the best in the series. 10 was the only bad one, in my opinion. Along with practically all the sequels and spin-offs, I think they games worked better when they were all completely seperated. I'm certainly not excited about the massive universe XIII is trying to create.

Blue Dragon sucked ass, Lost Odyssey was fair, but Cry On... this has always interested me the most. If Sakaguchi fucks this one up to, I'll be very disappointed in the old man.

Not that I don't like these, but I much prefer the art direction they were originally going with. The concept is still appealing though so, I'm definitely still looking forward to this one.
