You may have noticed that a new search engine is up and running on the forum now. Hopefully it works as it should, it's some pretty new code so...

Hmn, I just ran a simple test and it works really well, looks really nice too.

I'll try to give it a harder test later on.

Well, I just searched for keyword Forza and author lebato, and only got 17 results. That just can't be. I also put in 2 years.

The search engine only goes back to the beginning of gamersyde in July 07. But yeah 17 results seems a bit low.

Ahhh...the reminissing...good times! ;p

On a serious note, it works like a charm for me except...it says 188 results found, but only about 20-30 are displayed. It seems like I would be able to advance to the next pages with the remaining results, but I can't find a button for it.

Also, the resuslts seems to be categorised in forum sections, it would be nice to have filter options by date, etc.

The results are ordered by date, and only display the last 30 posts. I'll add navigation a bit later.

It isn't ordered by date with my results. It goes from 2008-04-20 down to 2008-04-14 to 2008-04-17 to 2008-04-07 etc.

That's not ordered by date in my book, but whatever...
