I've got a question. The sharingan uses eye contact when doing genjutsu. Gai states that if you don't look into the sharingan users eyes then you don't have to worry about the genjustu and the sharingan user looses that advantage. I suspect that if you were blind then you wouldn't have to worry either since you have no sight. What if you were a byakugan user that went Zatoichi on them, ie closed your eyes? You would still have the insight of the byakugan but without actually having to look into the sharingan users eyes. I take the "sight" that byakugan users have as being more akin to sonar then eyesight since you don't actually have to be looking at the object.

Yea Hinata is definitely one of my favorites as well. I gained a ton of respect for her after her fight with Neji and plus she has always been one of Naruto's bigger supporters and admirers so she has extra cool points in my book for that.

Technically that technique she made was a filler technique so chances are we wont see it from her in the manga anymore or we may see something far different from her in the future.

I wouldn't be surprised if she has improved rather drastically.

We'll also most definitely see the Rasenshuriken technique again the moment they say it can never be used again I know someway somehow he's going to end up using it. Perhaps when he masters the technique it will no longer cause such harm for him.

What I wanna see from Naruto now is more advanced and knowledgeable use of his current techniques and its time he started staying a lot more calm when he fights so he can think straight like he did against Kakuzu.

Then again he appears to be quite the berserk fighter when he gets pissed off. See how Naruto used the 9 tails chakra against Neji in their chuunin exam fight?

I think its something very similar to that, except with a lot more of the nine-tail's power, that Jiraiya wants out of Naruto. I honestly can't wait for Naruto to get his hands on the key to unlocking the Nine-Tail's chakra inside of him. There will be so many vast improvements; his speed, power, impressiveness of his techniques. Hell a Naruto fully flowing with all the power of the 9 tails could potentially make 20 or more versions of himself that could more than stand on their own against an Akatsuki member.

Hell he could even use an extremely powerful shadow clone or a group of them to go in first and test out an enemies abilities and gain experience from the encounter and learn from it. Also there are so many potential variations Naruto could come up with soley based on his new knowledge of nature manipulation and the combination of the 2 types of manipulation. There is no doubt in my mind Jiraiya likely taught Naruto some frog jutsus I mean keep in mind naruto can already do the boss summon so it makes sense for him to know a lot of other techniques.

The third used a version of the shadow clone jutsu where his clones stuck around I can see such a thing being very valuable for Naruto in the future.

Yea thats quite interesting ManicMonkey, I wonder how this new eye jutsu will work and why its the most powerful of them all.

It does seem a bit odd that it's never been talked about before.

I think it would have been a lot better if they had left it as new/undiscovered eye technique.

And it's also odd that Jiraiya knew about this boy yet didn't do anything to stop him becoming a threat to the leaf.

And yea i forgot about that being a filler Optimus, what a bummer.

Not when you fight Itachi or Kakashi (and likely Sasuke), as they can use their eyes in different ways. :P

Yeah, he had some clever strategies when he faced enemies stronger than him in past, now that he analyzes enemies and their styles/jutsus he might be much better than we think he is. I wonder if Sasuke will meet naruto or Itachi first.

Techniquely if Naruto fully "merged" with the 9-tails he would be the strongest ninja ever since he would have limitless chakra. He could create an army of Kage level shadow clones without noticing any drop in his own chakra level.

And I was refering to the sharingan's genjutsu. Not any of its other abilities.

I think it may be the most powerful because it may allow the user to possess the bodies of sharingan and byakugan users. Essentially granting that one person the best of all 3 worlds. That's just my guess though.

Well mkk reason for providing naruto with the key to unlock the seal to the full nine-tails chakra inside of naruto is that jiraiya believes he'll be able to handle it and there is some hidden meaning for why the 4th went to the trouble of splitting the nine-tails chakra up inside naruto between the good and the evil part of the chakra.

Well jolli in regards to the boy Jiraiya thought he had done what he could to ensure he grew properly, but something more sinister took place afterwards surely and I think it involves Madara.

エロ「一体何があった？昔のお前は・・・・」
Jiraiya: what happened? In the past you were...
ペイン「何も・・・ただ戦いたいだけだ。ここでは人が死にすぎる。それらの痛みがオレを成長させた
　　　　先生・・・アナタはまだ人でしかない。だがオレは無限に続く痛みの中で人からさらに成長したのだ」

So his intention is to create wars all over because he in some way appears to thrive and improve from the pain and suffering people go through thus making himself more powerful?

I have my doubts as to whether this guy truly takes orders from anyone. I believe both he and Madara are possibly after the very same thing and will come at odds later on maybe. I figure Madara wants the kyuubi for himself

Also I think I understand what he means by creating a forbidden jutsu to create wars is that you know how the 4th sealed the dark or evil part of the kyuubi's chakra inside naruto while allowing him to make use of the good part? I suspect Pein will create some sort of technique utilizing the darker side of the bijuu's ultimate chakra and use it to make mankind more evil by nature and he will stand over it all whiping them all out all the while getting stronger because of the pain and suffering.

Now call me crazy, but I believe Pain's bloodline limit allows him to create techniques on the fly even while in the middle of a battle. I assume he could create a fitting and brand new technique right then and there. You know how a sharingan can put someone into a gengetsu well what if the Rinnegan can instantly make possible whatever Pain dreams up be it some new outrageous technique on the fly or whatever? What a typical gengetsu user would come up with would actually be reality in the hands of Pein. Keep in mind the person responsible for the creation of all modern ninjutsu had the very same bloodline Pain has. It is as result of this Sage that ninjutsu exists. So I suspect that could be one of Pain's capabilities.

That is an interesting theory Op. It makes sense but that would be a bit much for just an eye technique though. If he is able to make any jutsu he wants on the fly then that means that he can use all 5 types of chakra which we've only been told a bijyuu can do. The 4-tails I believe. Not to mention the incredible amount of chakra, chakra manipulation, and control it takes to make new jutsu. What if it's just a super realistic genjutsu. Even mroe so then the Kurama clan genjutsu.

I hope the possibility of Jiraiya dying does happen. We need another kick ass fight in Naruto. It's either we get this fight or the Itachi/Sasuke fight. I would much rather see Jiraiya go full power and fight for his life. See Jiraiya use toads in many un-natural and possibly illegal ways.

From what I'm seeing thus far I'm starting to get the feeling that Jiraiya wont die in this fight.

No doubt in my mind Jiraiya's going to be impressive. Can't wait for this chapter to be released.

自来也「こちとら最初から死ぬ覚悟で来とる。今更老いたも何も無いのぉ。」
Jiraiya: I've accepted the fact that I could die completing this mission. It doesn't matter how old I am.

ペイン「フッ…、死ぬ覚悟か。それは面白い。本気のアナタが見れそうだ。」
Pain: Prepared for death...Interesting. I guess we'll finally see you fight at full strength.

そう言ったと思うとそこにペインの姿は無くすでに自来也の背後に。
The moment he finished speaking, he appears behind Jiraiya.

自来也、ペインに向き直って後ろに退く。
その自来也の髪が切れて捕まっていた小南がそれを振りほどく。
Jiraya leaps back while turning to face Pain.
His hair is cut and Konan is freed.

自来也（なんて奴だ…。今の一瞬でワシの髪を…。スピードは昔とは桁外れだな）
Jiraiya: This kid is something else...he cut my hair in the blink of an eye...he's so much faster than he used to be.

ペイン「小南、ここは俺一人で十分だ。お前は残る五尾を狩りに行け。九尾は先生を始末した後俺が狩りに行く」
Pain: Konan, I can handle this by myself. You're to go hunt the Five-Tails - it and the Nine-Tails are the only beasts we lack, and I'll get the Nine-Tails myself after I kill Jiraiya-sense.

小南「わかった」
Konan: As you wish.

その爆から立ち去ろうとする小南。
Konan tries to leave.

自来也（逃がさん…！）
Jiraiya: You're not going anywhere!

自来也が地面に手をつくとガマ口縛りが発動する。
Jiraiya plants his hands on the ground and performs the Toad-Mouth Bind.

小南「ガマ口縛りか…。どうする？」
Konan: The Toad-Mouth Bind...what do I do now?

ペイン「アレですぐに片付ける。お前は邪魔にならない所にいろ。」
Pain: I can finish him immediately with "them." Just stay back.

Pain puts his hands on the wall.

壁に穴が空いて六体の暁が寝ている部屋が出てくる。
A hole opens in the wall, and the room with the six sleeping Akatsuki appears.

自来也の髪を切った時のことを思い出すペイン。
Pain flashes back to when he cut Jiraiya's hair.

自来也が床に手を着くとガマの肉塊がペインの体を覆う。
Jiraiya touches the floor and the toad-flesh wraps around Pain.

自来也「終わりだな。が…、その前にお前達がワシと別れてから何があったのか話して貰おうかのぉ。」
Jiraiya: This fight is over...but before I kill you, I want to hear what happened after we parted ways.

ペイン「誰に向かって話している…。」
Pain: Who're you talking to?

ペインが六体の暁の部屋から出てくる。

自来也「なんだと…！」
Jiraiya: W-what the hell?!

The "Pain" held by the toad-flesh disappears.

Jiraiya: A shadow clone?! But I never gave him the chance to-

Jiraiya: You don't have time to be shocked.

Jiraiya: Who are these guys...they've all got the Rin'negan! What the hell is going on here?!

ペイン「ここからが本番だ。いきますよ…先生。」
Pain: Now...time for the real fight. Get ready, "sensei."

一体のペインが正面から突っ込んで来る。
斜め後ろに避ける自来也。
しかし自来也の背後には別のペインが。
One Pain charges straight in. Jiraiya dodges backward, but another Pain pops up behind him.

自来也そのペインに螺旋丸。しかし水分身。
Jiraiya nails it with a Rasengan, but it was a Water Clone

その瞬間自来也の頭上からさらに別のペイン。
As he hits it, another Pain drops in from above

弍のペイン（風遁・烈風掌！！）
Pain 2: Wind Element - Cyclone Blow! (Fuuton - Reppuushou)

自来也（くっ…間に合わん！）
Jiraiya: Kh-Not gonna make it!

爆発が起きる。煙が止むと二人ともその場に立っている。
Something blows up. When the smoke clears, the two of them are standing in the same spot

Definitely. This fact alone now guarantees Jiraiya is likely going to be impressive. I also get the feeling that every single one of those bodies have their own individual chakra that isn't shared across them all (which will really make it feel like fighting 6 possibly kage level shinobi)

At the very least Jiraiya was right when he said its impossible that one man could defeat Hanzou. It probably took 6.

Okay the first spoiler is the legit one where Pain mentions the kinjutsu.

There are very few readable lines in the pictures, but among them is the title: Growing into a god.

The other visible line is Pain's "into a god." (when he says infinate pain has helped him grow into such).

This summary correlates with both Himajin's spoilers and the real pictures, so it's most likely real.

Hmm he intends to create a forbidden jutsu that summons a number of tailed beasts only they'll be under his full control and they just wreak havoc on a shinobi village? Wait a minute remember Madara could summon the nine-tails? Perhaps this forbidden jutsu Pain plans to create will be similar to that only on a much larger scale. Or maybe... Pain would simply be able to summon the beasts and he would require Madara's services to control them? Perhaps Sasuke plays a role in this whole thing.

It appears there just might be some truth to Zetsu showing up and showing interest in Hinata.

I think that Marada will again be the one that summons while Pein, who seems to be able to make identical copies of himself that are actually just 1 person (I mean they aren't clones), will be the ones that the beasts will be put into. It would effectively make Pein the "container" for all the tail-beasts. But what are the other members of Akatsuki getting out of this if they know? If they don't know then Pein and Tobi are in for a rude awakening if someone tips off the other members before they finish the plan. Imagine the strongest that Khona has to offer teaming up with the Akatsuki too take down Marada and tail-powered Pein. The potential awesomeness is too much for my human mind to imagine.

We still have no idea exactly what the other bodies Pain has are about We have an idea of course Sage of the "six" paths and Pain has six bodies

I want to find out exactly why the Rinnegan is viewed as the most powerful of the 3 in this fight. I wonder if Jiraiya himself even knows any details about it other than it's reputation as the most powerful.

I bet you that the Rinnegan is so rare and powerful a bloodline that any info on it is probably considered conjecture and myth. Im excited myself to see what its capable of, they've certainly built it up as something major. Good times to be a Naruto fan. :)
