Good lord this game is fuuuuuun, I don't recall ever feeling so damned powerful in a game before. Graphically it can look bland as you are running through an empty canyon, but then you see the hundreds of goblin bastards charging at you and it's soon forgotten! :D

Only frustrating thing is the lack of checkpoints as Blim already said about the Japanese release! Especially when you get pegged by archers

Makes me sad..not sure what the problem is, seems that the internal test on the 360 gives me an MTU error--but there's no f'n reason for it..

Looks great, sounds great, plays great. Even though there isn't much to it, if you're not hooked after your first 500+ hit combo, check your pulse. Sounds amazing on my surround sound. Definate buy for me.

Its already done for me been playing the last hour or so (you really lose track of time while playing this game)

The textures in the environments are nothing impressive, but when you are in the middle of a huge fight with all those goblins you forget about it. I felt extremely powerful in this game and as I went on more and more amazing combos were at my disposal. So far I've done about 3 moves I've yet to see in any video I've seen of the game anywhere.

As far as graphics go it isn't even about the environments as far as I can see its about the main character and all the enemies he's fighting combined with all the fancy special effects.

Your arsenal of moves just keeps growing without you knowing :D

I pulled of a move somehowe where he just impaled a goblin on the end of his spear and swung the poor guy around like a club, smashing other enemies with him. =) nice...

Took me a minute to figure out why this goblin kept flying over my character's head

Why was there no rumble in this? It could've used it. Felt like a PS3 game. Camera is a hassle. Combos are this game's claim to fame. Not for me though.

OK, here I come, I played the demo already.

Gameplay: Kind of broken.

Really, it's just press x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x,x ,x ,x ,x ,x ,x oh and x. It's nice how your character comes up with some moves but it gets old really quick really. Fighting the troll makes you notice the broken gameplay, the freaking troll looks as if he's not taking any damage, and yes, I lost to it and I don't plan on going back, I've seen enough. When you are fighting a bunch of enemies, you get lost in the crowd, but since the gameplay is so.............."simple" you know you only have to press x and x for the 1000th time and you'll be alright. And like someone else said, camera is a hassle, really annoying camera.

Graphics: I think they are so-so.

The areas are pretty empty and character models (the main ones) are nothing to be impressed. The game shines in battles with all the enemies and especially during special attacks, the special effects are really nice, all the way down to the blue trail after every slash of your sword. There's one problem though. If there are too many enemies on-screen and you cause mayhem, the framerate starts to dip which is really dissapointing.

Sound: Voice acting is horrific. "land-slide"-- COME ON!!! I won't bother discribing, it's just really bad. And as Blim pointed out in a preview, lyp-synch is pretty bad too. Other than that, the background music is nice.

And that's about it. I would give this game's gameplay a 7, graphics a 7, and sound a 6. So conclusion? There's nothing to the gameplay, the graphics are average, the sound is equally average, it's a pretty average game, yep.

Button masher for sure--seems a little shallow really--and co-op play would really help this title. Those are my negative comments--possitively fun though, plan on at the very least renting this one.

Seems like whatever xbox live issues I was having were ISP related, is cleared up now.

Oh--and the voice acting is horrible! Hope there's an option to use the japanese audio.

this is a button masher but my god there are soo many combos!!!!!! i keep surprising myself every time i try a new combination! i love this!!! i like the combo where you hook some guy and just ram him front and back lol. this game is awesome!
