2007-01-31 00:53:06 Kane and Lynch not coming to PS3 - Eidos Eidos has confirmed that forthcoming killer-app Kane & Lynch: Dead Men will not be coming to the PlayStation 3, instead remaining exclusive to the Xbox 360 and PC. Last week, the web went all of a flutter after the game's Australian publisher, Atari, put out a press release declaring that the title was also in development for PlayStation 2, PSP and PS3. However, Eidos has come forward to rectify said mistake, claiming that the press release was full of errors. Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is due for release on 360 and PC later this year. --- |

2007-01-31 02:02:51 If this game is anything like the latest Hitman, I'll definetely be picking it up. Maybe not killer-app, but still looks like it could be an amazing game. --- |

2007-01-31 14:44:56 In reply to SilverHawk (2007-01-31 13:28:31) Posted by SilverHawk To be honest, all I know is the little they have released about both games. It's definitely not enough to judge either way, but with the Hitman pedigree behind them, I just gave Kane & Lynch early edge. |

2007-01-31 16:56:26 In reply to GriftGFX (2007-01-31 14:44:56) Posted by GriftGFX The fact that Army of Two has a Gears-like gameplay style and online co-op has me pretty interested. The bling-your-guy-out shit is less interesting, but if the co-op gameplay is as good as they keep promising, I don't think I'll mind it. --- |

I like the look of Kane & Lynch and the dude with short hair and scar on his face looks much cooler than the bald long hair guy. Army of Two looks awesome and the gameplay looks fun and the visuals arent anything I would complain about looks great, so thats a buy for me, but Kane & Lynch, BIG maybe. --- |

2007-01-31 22:27:04 this game is very hard.core; devs looked at Mann movies at least 100 times; and Man on fire is no love story either; another one which shall be banned in Germany --- |

2007-01-31 22:49:07 I have Man on Fire on DVD, and it is AWESOME...its no love story no, but it aint exactly brutal mass murder movie. --- |

2007-01-31 23:02:55 I think you can count on a demo for it aswell. IO usually insist on it, and they usually produce really good demos aswell. --- |

2007-02-01 09:11:58 Yeah, they did it with Hitman: Blood Money, so I am sure that Kane & Lynch will be out on marketplace. --- |
