Because this aint HD I dont know if the graphics are downgraded or not, but I think they are, but just slightly.

It looks much better than GRAW MP though. I dont know, I know that there is gonna be a demo just like GRAW MP, so we have to wait.

Are you fucking kidding me Ubi?
Why the hell are you downgrading the fucking game on MP for god sakes. This is the fucking next-gen you have the power to bring the SP visuals on MP as well, and frankly Ubisoft is the only company I have seen that does this, doing the whole downgraded stuff on MP from SP.
This is ridiculous, seriously it is.

PS. The video shoed no cover system on MP what so ever, so that is not in. Basically this is EXACTLY like GRAW 1 but with more and new weapons and MP modes, thats it...might as well call it GRAW: Summit Strike, and sell it CHEAP as a game or as a download content on marketplace.

The only thing I like about the MP visuals are the lightning, the water effects, bloom and such...mostly environment effects than detail like textures on the soldiers...etc.

DC not all shooters can be played co-op in the campaign, if the devs wanted to have that feature in the very beginning in the game then they would, but they didnt, so what does that tells you?

GRAW SP is a single-player experience, you can not just have 2 players with the latest high-tech armor in the battlefield. You play as Scott Mitchell in the entire SP mode, its not like Gears were Dom and Marcus is with each other all the time.
If you have notice you play almost alone in GRAW SP and now and then 3 more members jump in your party to guide you and help you through the campaign.

Thats why there is a MP mode were they are really going for, and a "small" version of a "bonus" co-op story, which aint even good if I might add. Other than that SP is just SP experience to the fullest, not co-op.

Its like Army of Two right, were Rios and Salem is together in the entire game just as Dom and Marcus, thats how it works, because that game is designed as co-op from scratch and GRAW 2 aint.

Well, the fact you can't play the solo in coop is kinda disappointing, but the coop missions in MP were a lot of fun !
Besides, I've always considered the MP as on par with the SP since SP special effects were kinda too much for me.
The MP pics on gamespot look really really good, it would only be a little graphics downgrade this year. Besides, I have the feeling you get some of the SP movements.
Pretty lame previews, IMO, you get really scarce relevant information !

Umm, I like the singleplay and co-op missions being different..

PLUS THE BIGGEST REASON FOR THAT is that UBI develops single palyer while red storm takes on mp and thank god for that. Red storm is awesome with mp, and while u guys says it doesnt look good, it actually does look good, like the first graw mp. Red storm wants to make a more balanced and stable online game rather than a really graphic heavy game that can only have 8 players that still shows a lot of lag.

I am VERY unsure about this title, VERY unsure. Sure I really want a good next-gen real tactical game right...but what happens when other future games come out right...then this will go and collect dust while others are brand spanking new.

I really want to buy Army of Two, but I do not know when it comes out, rumours have it its on march/april or something, but I dont know.
I need money to buy those good hit games in the future, and this is very "maybe" to me...same as Kane & Lynch.

For example, I am thinking of trading in Lost Planet (Collectors Edition) against GRAW 2, because I havent touched LP in like weeks, the game have been very unbalanced these days and there are always tons of Japs playing it with crappy connections and dont even talk, but thats not the main point.

I have a dilemma here between LP and GRAW 2.

I really like some of the pics on gamespot. Some of them might have a GRAW MP 1.5 look, but coffee plantation was extremly good looking.
Still, I'd rather buy the game on playasia since there are not so many improvements and it's gonna cost 70€ in Europe !

GRAW was a solid game, and im glad they are not doing anything that new with it. And im extremely happy that the cover system isnt in mp either... every game doesnt need it

I can understand dc's point of view ! 70€ is a lot of money and one IP game/year might be too much. Awesome games like Gears, Halo3 or Forza2 take a longer time to make.
Still GRAW2 looks good to me.

GRAW 2 MP can be knowng as GRAW 1.5.

Every game? by that what do you mean? The only game that didnt have the cover system concept in the first place that was added LATER was Rainbow Six Vegas. Army of Two and Gears of War is done by scratch.
And yet SP has cover but MP doesnt? Beisde the cover system isnt advanced as Gears, its a simple cover system they added to GRAW just as Rainbow Six Vegas.

Co-op in GRAW is very unimportant to me because GRAW is not about co-op at all, at least in the SP mode.

I agree that GRAW is a great game in general and I dont disagree with you, but the thing that made me trade it was the lobby and its online connections and such. Sure no cover in MP but it wasent important to me, because you have to keep moving in GRAW...standing still in one place will get you killed.

Sure GRAW 2 is somewhat what GRAW 1 WAS suppose to be, and ok its bigger...but they cant honestly take the price range in the same amount of a new game that is out there, its somewhat bullshit of them.

But here in Sweden...the price range of the 360 games are in the same range of a new Xbox game, back in the day.

Sure 360 is a new console and its next-gen and the companies and such made a lot of time and effort into all this, so of course they gonna slightly go up in price range, it isnt an ugly game anymore.
Everyone wants to pay cheap or a low price that makes sense, but for a next-gen game it could be worst...hopefully Xbox 3 games wont go up and stay in its price range like now.

Well, the thing is you can make as much or more money by selling more games at a lower price tag !
I have a problem with paying 70 € for a game and I'd never spend 140€ a month for 2 games, while I Have no problem spending 165€ for 3 games a month.
It might not be rational but that's the way I feel, as do a lot of my firends !

DC GRAW 2 has somewhat chaged from GRAW 1, but nothing that says "here comes the NEW Ghost Recon" you know what I mean. This is like a expansion pack with extra weather and shadow effects and just a tad little better graphics on the single-player and MP. And with new weapons, better if I may add, the M4 is back, I love in the demo, just a shame you use it in the very end.

I do agree that if the games were slightly cheaper it would sell more, and everyone would be happy...I think =S.
