2007-07-03 18:43:10 Indeed, brilliant news. Somehow the game is a really good fit for the PS3, and as ambitious as it is, it's nice that it gets to take advantage of one type of architecture proper. --- |

2007-07-03 19:01:01 Heavy Rain was just a tech demo last I heard, it could be a completely different game. |

2007-07-03 19:23:52 Yeah, it was mostly to show the game's focus on emotion and subtlety, making you care about this auditioning girl without her being "pixel perfect" or having huge tits, aswell as being drawn into this scene that played out before you. --- |

2007-07-03 23:09:23 Word.. PS3 needs some new exclusives. This game should be pretty awesome.. I loved their tech demo. |

2007-07-04 01:13:30 Well, based on their past games The Nomad Soul and Farenheit, they seem keen on a Shemue like genre blend. David Cage, creator of both, is one of those cinematic quality in games guys, and I'd prolly pen Farenheit/Indigo Prophecy (same game different name) down as a pretty solid attempt at that. --- |

2007-07-04 19:08:48 I rented Fahrenheit and never finished it (Indigo Prophecy here). I should pick it up again, I really liked what I played.. there's a PC version isn't there? |

2007-07-04 19:55:08 There's a PC version but the controls are a bit wonky, clearly more thought put into the dual analogue stuff. But yeah, it's totally worth it. It goes a bit bananas towards the end, but overall it's still very accomplished. --- |

2007-07-06 06:16:23 Well, there's one PS3 exclusive I'm interested in. I really wish it were coming to 360 too. It just might though. |

2008-05-27 15:41:34 Well I imagine focusing on the PS3 architecture, porting from PS3, isn't as easy as porting from the 360. |

2008-05-27 22:32:37 In reply to lb003g0676 (2008-05-27 15:41:34) A very good exclusive to have, loved the first one, but I doubt I will have my PS3 long enough to get my hands on this release. Posted by lb003g0676 Well I imagine focusing on the PS3 architecture, porting from PS3, isn't as easy as porting from the 360. So I wouldn't be so sure that the 360 can do it at all, becuase of the way it's laid out. |

2008-05-28 21:38:26 In reply to TheBeagle (2008-05-28 01:54:07) Posted by TheBeagle Apologies for this off-topic-ness, but, how good would you say the longest journey is compared to dreamfall? I played dreamfall not actually knowing about TLJ. lets put it this way, broken sword 1 was by far my fave point and click adventure game (sorry. never saw the appeal of grim fandango, although it was still good) and TLJ has just taken its crown. its THAT good. the story is immense. |

2008-05-29 02:27:41 Well, I have TLJ on steam so I will get round to that soon. Thanks. --- |
