It will be interesting what will become of the Mudbox software once it it rolled into Maya/Max, since it was just purchased by Autodesk for that exact purpose. I think Zbrush is the more complete package with its texturing. Very impressive stuff. Thanks for the link.

It all comes down to whose hands are using the tools in the end. It could be said that Painter is a much better application for digital paint than Photoshop--but Photoshop in the hands of Craig Mullins blows most painter work out of the water.
