What they say is very inspiring and all but those glimpses of the gameplay just dont make me feel that way because they dont fit within what they're saying. they should be showing bits of the story and the voice acting to see if the story is shaping up to deliver what they are talking about in terms of Awe, Curiosity and Flow.

Yea i'll admit what I saw gameplay wise was disappointing, but as always that isn't the way to show their game.

We just need to get our damn hands on it. No there will be a demo right before release.

I was SO disappointed with Hellgate-London that maybe this game will live up to the hype and deliver a great co-op based experience?. Diablo has been mentioned when comparing this game to anything of old, so here`s hoping that it does us justice :0)

Hahahah, that's some good marketing right there. I don't think I heard so much bullshit since.......well, I just haven't actually. These atari old school gamers are just like us, and they are here to make a great game. The professor from a well known university is a basic for persuasive speeches. But well done right there.

The engagement theory was just a nice touch, they must have thought about it for ages.

It is a shame that the gameplay keeps on looking awfully bad, and the animations are an on-going glitch, lol. At around ~5:56, lol.

Ah well, I guess they still have time.

Im going to remain cautiously optimistic, I hope that demo comes out soon though. If they really want to convey to people what this game is about, that's the way to do it IMO.

They sure are putting a ton of effort into the game. I'm looking forward to it.

I loved Phantasy Star Online and I loved Diablo and the Diablo clones.

This game should be pure GOLD since it combines the best of both.

First of all this game was being advertised as the next God of war. From the time i heard of it until recently, i kept thinking we were getting an action adventure game with RPG elements. All of a sudden the game is being advertised as an RPG and i dont really hear much talk the action aspects of the game that were initially advertised (if i remember clearly there was a lot of talk about Mocapped moves and detailed animations)....

something tells me the reason they have done this is due to the fact they seem to have failed on the action front from the looks of it. The fighting animations are tetris style. Silicon Knights are a capable team. However it seems with this particular project, they dont quite know what they want the game to be.They cannot specifically identify what genre it falls under. If done properly this game could be quite good. But i dont think they have much time left.

When Shenmue came out there was NOTHING like it and no game ever had done such great use on-screen indicators during gameplay to the results achieved. Other than that it had the best graphics of the console by a huge margin.

The last two really don't apply to Too Human at all. And the way Dyack speaks TH is the only "TRUE hybrid"

But I'm not saying TH will turn out bad, just saying I don't see any reason to be excited. It is kind of perplexing how some people argue that gameplay is the king and blah blah blah, yet they are excited merely on promises and hope.

Well even now Shenmue is impressive, as nothing has come close IMO.

But I see your point, It's a developers job to talk up his project, pretty much all of them do it.

Hope is all we have that they promise to deliver.

Hope is all they'll have if they fail to deliver.

Depending on what the game is like they'll receive one of two things after I've played it.

-Crowbar to the groin region (multiple times)

or if the game is good

...hell, they'd still get the crowbar, just for making us wait so damn long and confusing the hell out of us in the process!
