The new scans look good from what we can see and it appears we're going to have a good run this year in the RPG category. There's a total of two scans for your viewing. 2009-04-15 13:43:50 I played Magna Carta on the PS2, or at least the first few hours. The game was pretty bad in my opinion, nothing except for the excellent character art to draw you in. But hey, i really love the guy who designs the characters so i'm hoping for part 2 to be better. --- |

2009-04-20 05:36:10 In reply to alimokrane (2009-04-15 12:23:37) Posted by alimokrane looks like the first one was on PS2 and it didnt review very well. some information here http://www.eurogamer.net/game/magna-carta-ps2 I am actually suprised the developers of this title have jumped ships to the 360 considering their first title was on PS2 and therefore most of their fan base ? Jolli, did u play the first one by any chance ? With that factor under consideration, I am surprised that more small developers do not take advantage of developing their games using XNA Studio and releasing them direct to LIVE Arcade. Most JP devs especially, are not putting the production quality into their games their Western counterparts are, hence fewer and fewer JP developed games are worth the $60 asking price of full retail. You would think that XBLA would be a much better fit, as no one expects XBLA titles to look as good as their premium counterparts - so long as they play very well, XBLA titles sell well. Even for a game like an RPG, a developer could parcel that out episodically at $10 per episode and clean house. --- |

2009-04-21 17:34:32 Graphically it is not very impressive but as far as it goes it looks fine to me, very good art characters design IMO. |
