Raptor...I think the camera will be fixed, and I agree with you that I dont like fixed cameras because they usually have your character so far away and you cant rotate the camera for a closer look on character detail or environments around you and I hate that.
Games like NG, DMC, Bayonetta and Darksiders is has closer cameras that you can manually rotate. For example I rotate the camera now and then in NGS2 when I am doing some cool combos which makes it more cinematic.
I love everything this game has to offer, atleast from what we know and seen anyways, so the camera is no way going to stop me.
I just hope the combat is more like Darksiders if anything if its going to be "easy access". Each attack feels and sounds heavy, nice polished animations along side with enemies animations when they get hit and hit detection must be spot on.
But considering some Kojima team (i think so anyways) are supporting this title, I am sure they are going to make a great job.

Since 7443 DaysSure they got a double lightsaber now, but I am worried about the tech because both versions of TFU had issues, especially on PC. Crashes, freezes, glitches...*sigh*
And combat, I hope its much better than previous one, and hopefully this time it doesnt feel like we have a glowing baseball bat but a lightsaber.
But its LucasArts, so you never know lol.

However, I highly doubt they will let you cut enemies, unless they are droids.
