and i think that they are missing the point...if they were expecting a deep story line , then where the hell have they been since news about this game came in to the public domain??? didnt we all know that there was not going to be any "major" story ??? i sure as hell did
so again to say that the game is boring (because of no major story) IS wrong (imo)
if they dont like this type of game dont d/load the demo or post negative comments about it.
i dont like final fantasy games or rts games...but i wouldnt d/load any demos of those games and go on a thread about those games and say they were boring.

I think there is probably a pretty good story in this game, you can tell me that this game is just about hacking at zombies non stop, cause that would be boring.
And people are allowed to view their opinion just as much as you are.

Since 6675 DaysI did also say, that is the type of game you will either love, or not really care for. If you liked the film Shaun of the Dead, or appreciate the black humour this contains then you will love it.
The NPC's and Cases (i.e. the story missions) do have significant involvement, it is not JUST being stuck in the mall for 72 hours with a bunch (or A LOT) of zombies. However, the sandbox design is a major tenet of the gameplay also.
I thought the writing and humour was spot on and enjoyed it, but it's probably an aquired taste.
There are more people than just the zombies to fight, the bosses are all ( I think ) human.
As for the save games, I'm pretty sure it's any restroom but I never actually checked!
Having not played the demo, I'm not sure what impression it gives but it sounds to me like the story / NPC interaction might not come accross as much in the limited time you get to play. There is definitely more to it than running around killing the zombies in new ways but hey that is a fairly major part of the game also!
I'm definitely picking it up anyways. :)

Since 6929 DaysKilling zombies over and over and over again, not matter in how many ways, will get old. I think we can all agree on that. Now, the demo is not the best it could have been. Why not give us 1 mission at least?
The cutscenes are nice and the story looks good. So it'll all come down to how fun the missions are, because like I said, killing zombies will get old. So I'm still not sure if I'll be buying this game, and will have to wait for reviews.
By the way, I was wearing some sort of horse head, how do I remove that crap!??!! Gets annoying after a while.

I did that today and I got pretty far and managed to jump ontop of the train and I actually went on a Tour de City! :D
You can't see much though, because half of the city is an orgy of glitches, but it gives you a good idea of the size of the city, which is quite a bit bigger then it seems at first! :)
