I love the cyborg like look from the trailer, but I dont like the idea of renaissance art combined with my precious sci-fi, hopefully its not much of a combo.

But as Raptor, I am definitely willing to see more!

Sweet. I hope this plays like the first one.
I really didn't like the second game, even taken out of the context of being a sequel; it just didn't do it for me at all.

edit
here's a little q&a from IGN. Apparently with a teaser trailer, which I haven't watched:

Second suffered from being a console port but it was still pretty good.

The second suffered from being a console game when console game apparently had to be stupid.

It's hilarious that Ken Levine was like "and we could totally make Bioshock and they totally didn't get confused and angry and threw their equipment around! :O"

And Bioshock was still about 10% of System Shock 2! Just because console gamers have roots in more immediate, japanese action game design doesn't mean we're retards. I think that has dawned on the right people, and barring considerations to make it suitable to a gamepad, I doubt Deus Ex 3 will suffer the fate of.. invisible... something...war was it?

I think people rip a bit much on Invisible War. Sure it wasn't like it's predecessor but i enjoyed it anyway. Then, i also think that Deus Ex is highly overrated. The only thing i think it did well was a grand faking of freedom. You really ahd very little freedom, but the game kind of led you in to making the "right" decision all the time, and it felt like the stuff happening was because i chose it. Other than that i think the story was pretty "meh", the pacing was crap and the characters pretty boring :P

Still kind of interested in this though, as i think the concept of Deus Ex in itself is not bad :)

Deus Ex: IW was awesome imo, and that's all I care about.

So whether Deus Ex 3 is more like 1 or 2, I don't care. Either way, it'll be an experience we. unfortunately, rarely get. Can't wait!

Last generation there was a bigger gap between consoles and PC hardware too. The lack of resources turned a lot of games into disjointed levels that would have otherwise might have been much larger and designed with far less loading. I think this is less of a big deal this generation, as we've seen great PC-to-console ports like Elderscrolls, designed with a lot of console noobiness in mind but still rather faithful to their roots.

Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
