Glad that you like it as much as me KORN.

I agree that the environment is a bit "lifeless" it is because it's dead. Nothing is going on in the city. In one of the DVD commentary there was a footage of a big helicopter flying over Hayden, so I have no idea what that was all about.

It is early yes, even I agree that some animations are a bit off, but it is way far from release, so obviously they will stretch out things to make it more reasonable.

They said that they loved the Splinter Cell online modes, and they are gonna put online in it.

They have said that they are gonna put it a character like "Alyx Vance" in the game, so that will be interesting to see how it turns out.

I really think that glave weapon needs to be a lock on type weapon when fighting enemies.

The throwing mechanic looks as if with time it could get old so might as well keep the fun in there by making it a lock on and only making it have full control throw in specific situations. He should instantly lock on to things like lights, fire, enemies with the press of a button (so you don't accidentally lock on to things when you don't wish to) With that weapon being lock on I think the game could flow a lot better. The shooting can remain as is, but I really think that boomerang type weapon should be a lock on type weapon that way things would look less clunky when player is trying to line the enemies up.

If they want to give people the option to use totally control for that thing then fine, but there should be a lock on option.

The lock on is a very cool idea. If later in the game when Hayden learns more how to control the glaive the game kind of slows down and you have to quickly lock on to the enemies you can in matter of seconds, and then when time is up he can throw it and kill them.

But they did say that Hayden will getfaster and more powerful the more you use his abilities, so who knows.

lockon would suck in MP though, or everyone would be getting glaived right and left.

a bit of practice never hurt anyone, and he seemed to be doing quite well at dispatching his foes with that badass m*ther fucker of a weapon.

Then again, the AI was pretty lame in that vid.

Well we don't know how the online is what so ever. Josh said that they are planning on something like Splinter Cell MP modes, so who knows how that will be. I think players pick a character form the game (maybe Hayden not included so it balances it out) and you compete.

But yeah, lock on would be cool if Hayden learns something that is gonna be a part of his ability, but lock on forever?...no.

The online however might get too sci-fi...splinter Cell Double Agent has like very futuristic suits and devices, so maybe the in online the characters will get a suit.

This is gonna be very cool if they made it, VERY cool.

The agents will have the combat suits somewhat like the original one (look at my avatar), but the camera will be exactly like what it is right now.

The soldiers will have a different look. That way, online is ready to go. Agents have to go and collect and disarm the viruses from the soldiers before the time is up.

If the online would be like that, then it would be so great. The suit is gonna come back which I loved and the online is gonna be very great depending on it's gameplay.

Maybe Hayden will even get a armor further in the game...who knows.

These are the things that DE has yet to reveal, we don't know much about the games later design, just the early ones.

I know crazy idea I got, but it works.

Haha, sorry about that. When i talk about Dark Sector, I REALLY talk about it.

I hope the futuristic isn't space and spaceships and robots.

Rather have that Minority Report, The Island kind of thing. Steve Sinclair said it takes you couple of years into the future but not like 1000 years with space and robots.

And Minority Report and The Island are couple of years into the future, even the game Crysis is in 2020 but has tons of advanced high-technology. The weird technology would then be the aliens technology.

So I am hoping for the futuristic part is like Minority Report, The Island or Crysis style.
Modern/futuristic with tons of advanced high-technology.
