More gameplay for Red Dead Redemption 2

Yeah, it was a poorly designed sack of shit that had some fun things in it. But, sure, PS4 exclusive and all that.

Don't think GOW was an open-world RPG, so that's off. GOW, you take it for what it is - an action game. Does it well.

The problem i had with Horizon ZD is how lifeless/ded was the game's world. There are lot's of npc's you could see in the settlements, but their purpose is to just sit like a stones and repeat one line of dialogues if you try to interact with them. Hope Guerrilla work on this in the sequel. Other than that, it was a game based on Ubisoft checklist formula. I can see why some people like it so much.
I do loved the combat a lot though and i can say it's far more fun than in Rockstar's open world games!
loved horizon. combat was indeed really well done. and as you say, much better than anything R* has ever achieved (they seem trapped in the 2000's or something with their heavy lock-on systems). the world looked stunning too just needed more to do in it, especially end game wise. still the game to beat visually too imo. even the likes of GOW don't really come close.

It isn't, not by a long shot.

Having a minigun (lol) in horizon against humans is like going back two or three generations backwards in arcaic mediocre proto-3D gameplay. It's that bad. And going as Red Dead doesn't have metal dinos, it's the only comparisoon worthy. The gunplay in Read Dead Redemption is sublime on gunplay feedback and physics and a lot of fun to just go along the tropes, way better tna any GTA or even GTAIV previous to it, it really was the predecessor in the right direction into MP3 unparallleed gunplay.

Looks like the Xbox One X runs the game in native 4k. In the absence of a PC release, that sounds like the one to play.

Part of the RDR map for sure, but the whole thing? Doubt. Also i do expect that we'll play as John Marston after the end of main story (something likely will happens to Arthur - killed or kicked out from Dutch gang).

and the people expecting a whole remake of RDR in RDR2 are crazy haha.
Not that i won't be happy if we get thing like this, but let's have a bit more realistic expectations. ;p
