netflix seems to work fine, quality is good if you have a nice connection. Also, It's a lot easier to navigate than on the PS3, and it's lot a less buggy. The PS3 option sometimes takes a few tries before the streams start playing. I'll probably just switch off between both depending on where I am(living room or bedroom).

apparently sony have stopped sony films on xbox live through netflix, and any subsidary company of sony (columbia ect)

pretty immature...

I still can't believe that they haven't even made the video marketplace available in Europe. I mean I know it's a lot of work but it's been 2 years since the 360 came out.

the load times for Lost Odyssey post game install is amazing.
I still can't believe that they haven't even made the video marketplace available in Europe. I mean I know it's a lot of work but it's been 2 years since the 360 came out.

Err, wut? I thought the video marketplace was available in Europe. It is in the UK anyway. And to whoever asked earlier, you can only choose a resolution if you are using a VGA cable.

last I remember it was only available in UK, Ireland, France and Germany. Maybe that's change since then.


Oh well, I'm off to watch Superman/Blade Runner/ Logan's Run/Clash of the Titans. The streams are running a lot smoother now.

I like the look of it, but I don't think the functionality is any better. Having to scroll through all of your friends in order to get to the "add friend" icon is dumb. Not seeing an actual list of your games is pretty bothersome as well.

Ron: you have a regular list in the guide instead, also try pressing the bumpers and triggers in the regular interface ;)

Yeah, I know about the regular list in the guide. If I'm going to be using that instead of the regular interface though, it just shows that I thought the old one was better.

I spend very little time in the ordinary menu at all, and if i have to press one single button to get up the guide when looking at my friends list i still call it an improvement :)

I really think the new guide more or less excuses the shittyness of what we have instead of the old blades. You can do most things form the new guide.
