Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!

DjMizuhara keeps sending us new videos of Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! (Yakuza 3), this time with a boss fight and a cave video showing some different gameplay mechanics.

DjMizuhara is as always going crazy with the gameplay videos of the latest games released in Japan, and I doubt anyone is complaining! This time we get two more videos of Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! (Yakuza 3), with even more to follow! The game seems to be difficult to understand without some Japanese knowledge, so let's hope Sega will localize this game.

It's not even a joke. As we're just a few days from the release of Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! / Yakuza 3 in Japan, Sony gives it all and drowns us under a sea of screenshots, ninety-sixteen images to be precise. That's a bit extreme...

Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! is the third entry in the Yakuza series destined only on the Playstation 3. A surprise demo attracted much attention earlier this week on the japanese Playstation Network, and my collegues had a blast capturing the best moments. Here's a new scan from the Famitsu magazine.

Our friend TTP captured and encoded this first video from the demo of Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! available since this morning on the Japanese PSN. More videos will follow soon, without a doubt much more interesting than this mini-game.

Sega and Smilebit put online this brand new and quite awesome trailer of Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan! (Yakuza 3) on the Playstation Network.

Sega releases no less than thirty-six awesome screenshots of Yakuza 3 (Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!), the PS3's very own historical Shenmue-like. The good surprise here is that the images are in 720p where every other japanese game only proposes tiny-ass screenshots. Hurray !

After last month's trailer focused on the adventure part of Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 (Yakuza 3 in the West), here comes a new video all about the fighting in the game. As usual, the resolution of the file is quite poor.

Sega just sent us a new trailer for Ryu ga Gotoku 3 (Yakuza) which, as a reminder, won't take place in modern time but in the 1605 Edo period of Japan. The main character is a real charmer ; I really appreciate the horse gameplay, the turtles race and all the liberty which seems important in this third installment.
