Wow not bad this game is coming along rather nicely. It isn't impossible to see this game will likely look amazing in motion.

Sounding impressive as well. Will be very interested to see how it all works out. For some reason reading all of that makes me really want mgs4....

This is funny really...I was actually dreaming that the website for Dark Sector would be updated today or I get new information or some sort, and I got a preview and cool concept arts and screenshots...wow DS is attached to me.

Man this game is just awesome, I knew it, I just knew it. I dont care if it gets hyped up or people hate it or not, as long as I get my gaming hands on this little bastard I am a happy camper.
Like I said, one of my most anticipated games yet!

Edit: Tons of screens on the screenshot section. I thought it was only those three, but man now I can have a great looking desktop for my PC and 360!

Looks and sounds pretty cool. I'm sorta suprised that Digital Extremes developed their own engine for this..interesting. I'm sort of glad Epic has taken full control of developing Unreal, and their own franchises in general. This looks promising, maybe DE is getting the hang of doing things on their own. Pariah had potential, but I don't think it was ever really reached.

OMG god I didnt see the interview video. Screw Resdient Evil5, shit, screw Gears, this game looks so...sorry for this word...fucking, AWESOME!

The damn Mag Disc has a flashlight for dark sections of the level. The lightning, the stealth is just eye candy, the action is pure jaw dropping, and the graphics is one of the best graphics I have seen they should call it "The Dark Engine", its on par with Gears of War no doubt. The camera and everything is exactly like RE4 like I thought it would be.

You guys might think I am going overboard but if you take a look on the interview video they show gameplay of the game, and it is just jaw dropping, at least for me.

Interesting stuff. I still think shu from blue dragon could kick his ass in a fist fight without the shadow, but awesome nonetheless =P

Wow this game looks incredible and its far off and so nice and playable. Nice I like where they are going with this whole thing. Showing his origin of how this superhero came to be. Kind of like spawn in a way so pretty much what we are seeing in this game here is just a taste of whats to come more like a prequel then after there is some successful groundwork set in place with the first game he comes back in part 2 with a better knowledge of his powers and much more incredible. Not too shabby at all :)

Everyone is getting what they want today. Me and the other jrpg fanatics got some blue dragon, you guys got mass effect, sath got his dark sector. :)

The graphics engine looks pretty impressive these guys look like they've got a handle on the machine. I'm pretty sure as the game progresses or by the end he'll probably have a full suit of special armor :)

I would so love for him to get a sword at one point or another and begin using it.

Ahaha funny Op, very funny. You should do a stand up and then making a show of it called "The Optimus Show" would be a hit. A show about "nothing" ahaha Seinfeld rules!

Anyway...yeha the gameplay is great and the graphics are just amazing. But no damn sword, the only "blade" he needs is the Mag Disc and maybe a combat knife would be awesome, but I dont understand why he would go to a sword or a combat knife when he has that gigantic Mag Disc; which I like to call it "The Trinity Blade".

I wish there'd be a sequel to the "real Unreal" that actually embraces the ideas behind the first game though. Clearly DE took those ideas with them, and clearly Epic isn't going anywhere with them.

Unreal 2 was nothing short of a resounding disappointment. Not because it was a terrible game but because it didn't aknowledge what worked in the first one. With Pariah it seemed like the true intentions behind Unreal lurked somewhere beneath a couple of flawed mechanics and rubbish AI.

Since Unreal I've had two experiences that remind me of it. Ecco The Dolphin: Defender of the Future was one and Outcast was the other. It's that sense of a journey, a sense of awe before the epic and the completely unexpected. For me that's in essence what Unreal is about, and even though I enjoy UT and UC2 thoroughly I can't help but feel that they're spinoffs that have nothing to do with the original idea. At least my idea of the original idea.

Dark Sector isn't likely to go down that route at all, but then neither is the Tournament of the year (or every third year or whatever they'll shoot for now) so I guess I'm sort of sad to see that the path Unreal started going down is left to remain unexplored.

Let Unreal be made by Epic that is all I have to say when it comes to Unreal. Besides I dont even like to play Unreal games, too fast too "crowded".

Yea what the hell am I thinking... asking for a sword when he already has that huge blade. For all we know that thing could have special abilities to take the form of an enemy =P

Op, sword doesnt fit Hayden, simeple as that. Well you saw what the Mag Disc could do, so its awesome. I heard that you can stick a grenade and then throw it against them.
