Spikeout: Battle Street

Here are finally some new images and a long video of Spikeout: Battle Street presenting 4 playable characters of the game. It's definitely not a visual showcase for the Xbox, but hopefully it's a fun game. To be released on March 25 in Europe.

It's been a long time since the last Spikeout: Battle Street news. But finally it looks like the game will be released on March 3 in the US, and here are 12 new (to me at least) images of the game. Notice the first appearance of weapons in this batch, finally !

I just received the Xbox Press Kit from the TGS, so I've already encoded a few trailers in high quality. Enjoy Metal Wolf Chaos, Blinx 2, Super Monkey Ball and Spikeout: Battle Street. And a big surprise tomorrow :)

Sega finally released some new media of Spikeout: Battle Street for the Tokyo Games Show. Here 16 new screenshots and a short trailer of the the game.

I've just scanned these 16 new images and artworks of Spikeout: Battle Street from the latest Famitsu Xbox. I should have a quick translation of the japanese preview in a few days.

Sega also presented the E3 demo of Spikeout Battle Street at the Japan Expo in Paris. I filmed these 2 videos of the game, but don't expect to see anything impressive as the demo is so early I don't think Sega should have bothered to show it. It looks like a straight port from the old Dreamcast game prototype, with laughable character animation. The Sega rep there confirmed me that it was a very early build and that the final game should be much better. Let's hope this game will be worth buying when it's finally released.

Sega just put online this first Spikeout Battle Street trailer. It could be a fun game online.

Sega finally released more images of Spikeout: Battle Street. Not really impressive graphically, hopefully the gameplay, especially online, will be great.
