Bioware just announced Bring Down the Sky downloadable content for Mass Effect, to be released on the 10th of March. For a cost of 400p, you will get 90 extra minutes of gameplay and 50 possible gamerscore points. Inside you will find some more info and the first images of it.

I still think LO has better character models, take for instance the blue haired chick she was fairly well detailed.
Anyways it's all about gameplay isn't it ?
I duno why everyone has this obession with it has to look real and all that crap, I play games to get away from reality (hmm that sounds weird) but reality is the last thing i look for in a game.
And DC give people a break you constantly belittled Blue Dragon and made shitty comments about it, so I duno why you are so harsh to Alimo when he does the same to this game.

DC has said he wants to make the character look like him and wants to pretend that he is playing the game.
I'm not convinced this kind of emersion matters, as many RPG's i have played don't rely on making your own character or being realistic to be emersive.
You can become drawn into anything as long as you are interested in it, imagination is a wonderful thing .. :)
You can be drawn in through the telling of a story, or you can be drawn in through making of a story.
Which you prefer is a personal choice.

I think there is a crossover of realism at the moment in games and it makes things look plastic, which i don't like, when i look at Mass Effect it doesn't look real but nor does it look cartoony, it's like bad CGI from 1990, maybe thats why i don't like it.

Well im just being honest, I'm not saying bad CGI from the 90's is a bad thing as it is quite a feat on these consoles, was just pointing out that i don't like the look of it.

Here is my opinion
I am a person who can get in to any type of artistic style be it realistic (mass effect) or non - realistic (blue dragon). But like others I tend to prefer one over the other and in my case it would be mass effect, but I totally understand if jollipop is leaning one way and dc the other way.
But calling mass effect like a cgi from the 90's is a bit stupid
