Horizon Forbidden West has been available on PC for some time now, and you can watch our video in 4K. The additions to this PC version are pretty interesting, with support for Ultrawide 21:9 and Super Ultrawide 32:9 resolutions, and even 48:9 if you're using three screens. Nvidia technologies are also present, with DLSS 3 for upscaling, as well as frame generation, DLAA and Reflex. Owners of AMD or Intel cards are not left out, as FSR and XeSS are also supported. Finally, there are plenty of graphics settings, which you can see at the start of our video. To summarise, it's an excellent port that we hope will appeal to PC gamers.

For once, not a single video to enjoy in this short news article, we simply wanted to share many of the screenshots we took while playing Burning Shores, the recent DLC of Horizon Forbidden West. Please note that the second gallery shows the final boss so stay clear from it if you intend to play this new adventure.

Since our first video of Burning Shores mainly focused on cutscenes and dialogs, we figured maybe the very few of you that are still left here wouldn't mind seeing a few of the early landscapes and combat sequences of this new adventure in the world of Horizon Forbidden West. The icing on the cake is that we're adding a bunch of homemade screenshots we took when playing the DLC.

Horizon Forbidden West's DLC Burning Shores will be available tomorrow but since we were sent an early code today, we have been able to record the first 16 minutes of this new adventure. If you haven't completed the original game yet, stay clear of thi video as it containts some spoilers, but if you have you will probably be very moved by the presence of the late Lance Reddick, whose character Sylens is the one sending us on this new mission. The following footage mainly contains cutscenes and dialogues so don't expect to see much in terms of gameplay. Also, the environments you will see are pretty much identical to those of the last part of the main game.

Before Final Fantasy XVI in June, PlayStation 5 owners are going to be given a very nice trat with Burning Shores, the upcoming DLC for Horizon Forbidden West. As this new content will be only available on PS5, we're looking forward to seeing how far Guerilla Games have managed to push the hardware to make their game shine even more. We'll find out in a few days as this new adventure will be available on April 19.

Horizon Forbidden West will welcome a brand new adventure in the form of an exclusive DLC that will only be available on PlayStation 5. This way, it will allow Guerilla Games to push the graphics and smoothness of the original game.

When we reviewed Horizon Forbidden West we were disappointed by how the performance looks, mainly because of the way the vegetation kept shimmering. The latest patch which just came out finally fixes the issue and we've recorded a quick gameplay video to showcase how the game now looks. Enjoy!

You'd think that getting Horizon Forbidden West early would allow us to be ready on time for a video review in both languages. Well we could have, if technical issues had not driven us mad once more. As a result, all we can offer you for now is the French version of the review, where you'll at least be able to enjoy high quality footage we recorded ourselves while avoiding any spoilers. We are also allowed to share 20 4K screenshots we've taken ourselves. That's not much but it'll have to do for today!
