Armored Core 4 is back already with this gallery of 10 images. From Software also upfate the officiel site of the game to confirm that the Xbox 360 version would also be released in Japan sometimes in 2007.
The guns are not built onto the robots because they swap weapons during the match (usually mounted on their backs). There are arms that are weapon arms, in that case, they cannot swap weapons.
This game looks freakin amazing. I never seen this kinda gfx style in a game before. Its really strange. Anyone know if there will be a demo anytime on the Japanese Marketplace?

You haven't seen this before, because it couldn't on previous consoles.
I wonder how much slow down is there in the situation that we can see in the last pic... I mean, I'm not sure if it's just because of the quality of the videos & my computer, but the trailers haven't had the most stable framerate.
EDIT: Oh, and I'm fairly sure you can turn that HUD off. Not 100%, but still pretty positive about it.
