That Extreme mode just doesnt fit into that game if you ask me.. :/

I think it does. As a bike rider, I think it appeals greatly to people who don't get the chance to regularly race on official tracks. Plus, it's something fresh to the game. I wouldn't want just a polished version of the first two.
