I have amped 1 and 2,and basically their are to much great titles out there to buy,then to bother with this,and remember im a "fan" om the serie,but this looked like a impoved xbox version...and well i already have amped 1 and 2 they are fine enough for me,if this is what all the 3rd had to offer.

I'm a fan of Amped and Amped 2, they're both absolutely brilliant, deep games. This looks like it could be fun, too (do something about the framerate please) but with content like that.. I mean, you don't want to look daft for buying a game.

The whole "indie vibe" thing is already old, SSX4 is pretty much equally in your face with this stuff. Sad really.

I'm glad i'm not a fan of snowboarding games or this would be a huge letdown graphics wise, it just doesn't really look any better than current gen. And the cutscene stuff looked really stupid.

to be fair it does look better than amped 2, but it really doens't look next gen at all......how does a company that was pushing a console to its limits suddenly turn into one which seems to have no understanding of how to make good graphics

It does look a lot smoother than Amped 2 did in videos, and somehow the lighting seems improved aswell. That is hardly something even worth MENTIONING though. Look at SSX for fucking PS2, it tore Amped 2 apart in visual quality.

As long as this plays like Amped (even though you may not crash as often due to the decreased difficulty) I'll happily play it, but I really hate what they've done with the "crazy style". I always feel like an idiot when it's clear that the content of a game is "supposed to appeal to me because I'm part of its retarded culture". Need for Speed Underground anyone?

Look, if I wanna play a racing game with customizable cars, that doesn't mean I wanna be surrounded by "big bootys" and people constantly calling me "homes!". I just wanna play the fucking game, alright?

Once devs get this through their heads, the climate for these games will be a lot less puke-worthy.
