It's review code, should be final. This was the first time in the game that I had this bug happen, considering it was in a rather complex camera movement it must be difficult to stream it correctly. Don't know...
BTW, this game has the best sound for any driving game ever.
is the netcode really so good,i saw no lags or is it in gtv always good ?
And yeh the lag depends on your connectoins speed, and how far away the server is aswell.
I think it stores the data a few secs or mins before it shows you the actual race. I could be wrong but that would seem more logical if there could be thousands of spectators watching a match.

it works by each person watching being a host for 8 others
so 8 people watch ont he server,8 connecting to each of them etc
I think those are debug gamertags set up just so that testers can try Live despite the embargo.
