Xbox 360 PS3 PS2 Xbox PSP

Activision and Raven Software have announced Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, an action/RPG for Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox, PlayStation 2, PSP, Game Boy Advance and PC, to be released this fall. Over 20 well-known Marvel characters will be playable, while 140 will appear in various forms. First images inside.

Next gen graphics arent that great, But I know I'll love the gameplay so I dont care. Xmen Legends 1 and 2 were great.

That what you get from ports.. They just take the current-gen Xbox/PS2 version, add some graphical effects like bumpmapping and maybe some HDR etc, up the resolution to 720p, charge 10 bucks extra for it, and call it next-gen..

I really can't wait for the UE3 games, and other games developed for next-gen only.. Enough of the current-gen ports..

This isn't an MMO..this is a dungeon crawler like X-Men Legends..the Marvel MMO is another game all together. It will have nice online component though..but in the Marvel MMO don't expect to be playing as Spiderman, etc--it would be sort of ridiculous if there were 2000 of the same hero running around on a server, no?

The hate is certainly strong against this one, but I don't know..any fan of the original X-men Legends game should be interested in this..it could be the Xbox 360's first solid mp rpg..and what in the hell is wrong with that?

you know I think everyone should just buy a copy of the unreal 3 engine. The only game that ive seen using that engine that looked bad was frame city killer. And thats because the development team is a room full of chimps headbutting the keyboards. Its so apparant that no1 else has caught up engine wise with the unreal 3.
