Did you play it Snoopers?

How did it handle?

I've seen some of the videos posted on gamevideos.com and GameSpot. Looks sufficiently fast to me. I mean, it's not like was expecting Burnout or anything. Also, among the vehicle types in the game, the motorbikes are supposed to be the fastest (on hard surfaces, that is).

Looks very solid, the lighting in particular is very impressive.

The physics/gravity look realistic also, a solid game although I don't know what longevity it would have...

Graphically it looks great and I have no problem with 30fps racers, but this just looks like its in slow motion all the time.

Finished D/L'ing it... looks great... the vehicles have certainly received some polish since E3. You should really get some motorbike footage though. You got a snippet of it there at the end...

As for speed, it looks about as fast as most offroading/ATV racing games.

The racing does look a little slow. I don't know if that's realistic or not, but I hope they speed it up a little for the final build. Other than that, it looks amazing and looks like a lot of fun as well.

Looks like a very, very solid launch title! perhaps the spiritual successor to one of the gaming greats - Crammonds Stunt Car Racer? Many youthful hours were spent linked up with friends playing that game, if this has those same qualities it'll really bring something back to the racing genre. Looking forward to this as every time I see it, it just looks better and better!

sweet game. Is it to slow? I thing it's now as soon as you switch to bumper camera. It's the same in all racing games where game seems so slow in rear camera and that's all IMHO. And Motorsport isn't about Toca or WRC racing so cars are slower maybe 80MPH max.

It slowed down far too much towards the end when there were a few cars on screen at once apart from that it looks great

This game is awesome...I loved it...the physics are awesome and it's so much fun tornting the other racers, once U tornt the A.I. opponents they come after you and try and smash you off the road. The X button is your boost button...if you keep it held down for too long you over heat and blow up. Over all this game is awesome...it’s a must buy.

It's slow down yeah, but it's gonna be fixed don't worry, It's gonna will be locked to 30 frames a second.

I'm not sure if snoopers played this game...as he was very busy filming...I think he got 1 hour from the 2 days to play some games.

From that recommendation I may just buy this at launch, I'm currently trying to find a way to get a US PS3, let's just hope eh? :D

Motostorm is really shaping up nicely, ain't it? Very impressive. Looking at this I can only imagine what GT5 will bring. oh my! :)

few games in development have been followed as close by the public as Motorstorm, from the embarassing first pictures to this TGS playable demo it improved dramatically and it's much closer to the amazing target render from E3. I only wish they showed more tracks besides these Grand Canyon ones.

Nope actually, it's all set here, in a desert landscape. It's all about a tournament set in this place. I'm sure the tracks will have variety though.

No, all the tracks are based in and around Monument Valley, Arizona. There's supposed to be a velodrome in the game though.

More track diversity would be nice, but SSX3 took place on the one mountain.

The lighting in the previous gameplay video (the slow one) looks more realistic, IMO. Or is it just the camera settings?

looks very nice graphics,but seems very slow and the bouncing is a bit OTT.
also i hope they make the grass so it dont go through the bonnet on the fron of the car when in bonnet view,looks stupid.
but yes nice game ,i still havent seen anything that has made me want a ps3 yet though
