Namco released the TGS trailer of Idolmaster, in very low resolution unfortunately. Despite the quite horrible music, it still looks and moves very nicely.
Update: Latest Famitsu scans added.
Update 2: The trailer is now available on the marketplace. I've of course captured it, and you'll certainly notice that the new dashboard video playback may be even worse than before. Joy.
Update 3: Just because I know you are now fans of this game, here is a video showing some parts of 2 video clips, with some "noisy" jpop to go along.

This would be perfect live arcade title, but maybe its too big then? No idea how much content this has.

If only DOAX2 models could be as well animated (for example the hands) ...

The game itself, well it is a nice game for teenage girls -and me- but outside japan, importing a japanese system to play that is a stiff price (i don't have a modded system).

I am sure there is zero chance the game crosses the oceans, sadly.

Although I don't like the game, I do have to say Kudos to the cell shading (Really nice Cell Shading) and the hair animation. Just look at the longer haired girls (even the short haired ones have hints that it moves realistic). It moves better then that ribbon thing in DOA Games.

Err...could someone please tell me what's this game all about, all I see are some cute, very well animated cell shaded anime girls, singing and dancing. What's the main point of this game?

I'm not dismissing the game, I just want to know what's it's all about. Is it a karaoke sort of game?
