It does look beautiful. I'm not really a JRPG fan (amusingly, the largest portion of my 700 game collection is JRPGs), but i dunno. I'd get this when it hits the UK shores. I love the idea of Achievements with JRPGs, because after a while i get sick of the whole "wander around and level up before beating a boss", which normally takes hours of grinding levels or cash to take out a boss... which enables you to grind more... thus i never finish the games. Achievements means i'm going to push myself to finish it, get the whole storyline hit, and feel good about finally finishing a JRPG! :P

Really wish I could play up this h264 files but lately the latest ver of h263 or whatever it's now called is so unable to do so on most machines ><.

I really would love if you can chose another format for those, theres a ton of better choses who eat half the CPU speed and give the same quality.

Even my friend with a Ahtlon X2 4200+ is unable to play this files correctly without seconds long stalls and corrupt graphics.

any idea when Europe and the US will be getting it? Know its out in june in japan but as they are doing the english versions at the same time i cant see us haveing to wait too long?

The US willalso get it this summer. But us... well first it will get raped by US anti nudity censorship, then deflowered and fucked by German Violence censorship then the germans want thier "Man kumpel das ist ja ganz geil" voice casting instead of the Japanese so the Japanese gets thrown out and we get the choice between American Surfer dudes, French Hookers and German Fat Beer Addicts to do our voices with no subtitles.

Btw am I the only one who has a problem with the sound and image. The sound all of a sudden stops then the image gets garbled and it takes a while before it goes good again. It is during the last part of the trailer
Yeah it is great to live in Europe sometimes. (Sorry lately I'm pretty pissed at the germans with thier dubbing and thier anti violence laws).

well it hardly effects us now cause if the germans have a problem with a game they simply ban it from there.....crazy!

I don't know they have been screwing us over for years.. robots instead of humans in contra. No behaeding in Ninja Gaiden (Xbox). Ninja Gaiden 2 and 3 (NES) not releasing at all in europe thanks to them. THey scare me a bit man.

True but since the 360 came out they simply seem to just ban games instead of ruin it for the rest of us.

BTW am I the only one having some trouble with the image and sound near the last part of the trailer?

Got problems with image true the entire show so it's far from you, this wmv release is bad, and whats scarry is mroe and more peoples using this version, it does not go well at all on most computers as I stated in my post above.

Only player I'm able to get somewhat decent result is with VLC, but I still get second long stalls.

Ill try getting a newer codec then.

i doubt that this game gets german voice acting B/C almost all RPGs in germany are with the english voices

I hope so Parasven... I hope so. If they do do that I'll be the first to hug a german to welcome them to the english speaking world with subtitles so you can play as the Artist intended it. IF we get an English DUb withouth Japanese voices I"ll just have to aim my arrows at the Americans instead :D.

The realtime cuts and worlds are amazingly good looking. It's like they took the artists who made the Dragon Ball Z games for the PS2 (amazing cell shaded graphics) and forced them to slave for months to paint their best work.

Unfortunately the amusing turn based combat does the art an injustice, the gap between classic music, beautiful scenes and morphing fireball elephants is a bit too much already.

Amazing. This game can be a strondous hit in Japan. ^^
