(...)They will be identical. This is EA.
they look similiar on PS3 & X360, but NOT identical.
thera are always some diferences in textures, lightning ect.
omg, what the hell is going on, they produce these beautiful looking movies and pictures, then the closer the games come to release the worser they look :S
just look at any comparison images of multiplatform games, CoD3, splinter cell : DA, etc, while not necessarily EA games, they are good indications of what PS3's lack. ubisoft, yet another money grabbing multiformat based company (although one that actually inovates every once in a while) has recently said the new splinter cell is not possible on the ps3 due to its lighting, and after seeing the mess that was the ps3 double agent. im going to agree.
if these are 360 shots i'll gladly admit i was wrong. but i'd be surprised if that was the case.
I expect both versions of this game to look pretty simular though.. and it's not looking to hot right now. It's not a downgrade necessarily.. these just may be the closest things to real screen shots of the game that we've seen so far.
I'm more concerned with how the game plays than how it looks at this point though. There are some good ideas floating around in this one.. but I hate the overall image/direction that it's taking at the same time. The whole bling-bling-your-dead thing is pretty lame.. the armor and accessories are pretty lame too.. but all of that could be made up for (imo) w/ some really solid co-op gameplay.
Double Agent was already a mess on the 360.. and we've seen how well things port from 360 > PS3.. so I can't say I'm surprised that the 360 version is better. Hell, multiplatform development in general seems to lean towards the Xbox 360.. but it is at this point an older and more familiar platform for a lot of these developers.. it's really not all that surprising.
Most games that people are comparing here are ones that came out on the 360 way before they did on the PS3. The developers have time to enhance the PS3 versions, its obvious.
