emotaku [japanese translation: em(o)freak] Yes, what you see in the link is prerendered, what you see in this video, is not. Don't care if anybody claims it pre-rendered, since I know it's not. [at least the game looks exactly like this while running.]
Portal has used this, Left4Dead has used this, Day of Defeat has used this, why would TF2 take another approach in rendering something that's meant to do the exact same thing on the exact same engine.
Only last year were those post processing effects developed and by then played back at only 2 FPS through demos. Remember that first TF2 trailer?
