I recently played Ghost Squad for the first time at my local arcade. It was so awesome! But the gun you had was what made it so awesome, will the wii version include the same arcade gun?

Not the same one, but they just announced an addon that'll combine the nunchuck and the wiimote to make the whole setup quite familiar to those in arcades.
