move over bouncing DoA boobs, this is what this generation of consoles should be about
I really impressed by the track deformation as it actually affects the way the tracks play unlike the pretty but useless track deformation in motorstorm.
So bassicly the same mud and track system as Motorstorm..
No the mud in motorstorm only changes the textures and it doesn't have any effect on the handling.
Im a bit worried that this game will pale a bit in comparison with colin cmrae dirt, I know that this isn't aiming to be as realistic as mcrae but mcrae is the prefect balance between realism and fun. Im hoping that sega tries to aim for a bit more realism than the previous games as well as a really good multiplayer mode.
hello nextgen offroad (btw i liked colin's :) )
it does affect handling and suspensions etc, and there is minor track deformation, but 90% of it is just texture effects, sonys lies that the poor devs couldnt live up to.
A totally different sort of game than what we see here anyway.. there's room for more than one off road racing game. If anything is a next-gen (it's not next anymore btw) offroad, it's probably not this.. hopefully this is a this-gen Sega Rally instead.
