Johnson looks even more badass.

The gravity hammer should be cool. One swing and Brutes go flying through the air like confetti! I'm sure there is also a serious downside to using it as well, probably slow and you might even knock yourself out with it if handled incorrectly.
^and that "map editor" is called forge. You don't necessarily create new maps but you can alter existing ones.
my guess on the downside of the brute hammer is that it will limit you to that 1 weopon so while your super strong at close combat your weaker and ranged, just to keep some balence
I got the new egm and they have almost half the magazine just talking about halo 3 eh wtf?
OT: game is looking better and better. Where is Cortana? >D
^Didn't one of the "Aliën" movies contain a flamethrower?..

Really a shame .....
It looks AVERAGE at best next to killzone 2 or unreal tournament 3 or bioshock...don't be blind just because you like halo, it looks like halo 2 with better resolution and textures.

from experiance of killzone 1, (while i HATE comparing killzone to halo), had very good PS2 graphics, but it was no where near as fun as driving around in the warthog with your co-op pal kicking alien ass.
FLAMETHROWER!!!
imagine using that on the flood...
...mmmmmmmmm....

While Killzone 2 does look awesome it doesn't have the same range of visual fidelity as Halo 3. Killzone's textures are alot easier to pull off when the environments are so oppressively dark and grey, it doesn't nearly have as complicated a texture palette as Halo 3.
Have you seen the Halo3 trailer on a HDTV? Have you seen the way the light comes down through the canopy of trees? The scale of the enviroments?
Average you say?
