i skipped though it and most of it is cut-scene, i'd rather wait till i get the game myself instead of ruin the begining now

holy **** that lookd like something you ould see in a big budget movie. i especially liked it when therecording in the lift finished and you sw the city orthe first time. then the music kicked in :D

Ken Levine was saying in an interview with Major Nelson that it's basically an enhanced version of the beginning of the game. They added security stuff to hack and I think the Incinerate Plasmid earlier than they normally happen in the game so we could all mess with them in the demo.

But story wise, I believe they are exactly the same.

Not watching it, I'm gonna wait for the PC demo. Heard alot of good things from this demo though.

Played through the demo twice. Framerate was perfect both times, Didn't see any tearing. A lot of love went into designing this game, it really shows. Looks beautiful. The atmosphere in the game is totally engrossing.
Gameplay was awesome considering you only get two plasmids in the demo. Switching between weapons and plasmids becomes second nature pretty fast. Hacking into camera's, turrets, etc. using the mini-game is easy. I assume it gets harder as the game progresses?
Anyways, I loved the demo. When all the plasmids become available in the retail version the game will be much deeper. I cannot wait to get it. Looks like it could be a classic.

awsome game! not sure I will be able to play a normal shooter after I have finished this one. The story seemed alittle speeded and pushed tbh... hopefully its just because they wanted to cram as much stuff in to the demo as possible.

I love the little arguments and fights you stumble in to when you explore the city, random creepy-monster-fighting is the shit. And the city feels so sureal to walk in. Feels like beeing in a noir movie on crystal meth and in color... or something like that.

This is a release day buy for me.... now if I could only find some cash... or a job

Not that much spoiler story wise and the only cut-scene in the movie is right in the beginning... the rest is in-game so to speak. How ever it feels like you are watching a movie :)

Finally got a chance to play it today, the intro is easily one of the most graphically impressive things ive seen in any game. Seeing it on a HDTV is really the only way to experience it. And the gameplay is surprisingly easy to get a handle on, I thought I would be overwhelmed by the sheer number of options the game offers you, but that didnt seem the case. A very immersive experience.

It's stuff like this that makes me wish I had bought a 360. Guess I'll be dying for the PC demo now...

If you guys are offering, I would love to see some of the better combat scenarios and cut scenes. Seeing how you use plasmids and how they can work... or in some cases not... would be interesting. Seeing the AI, atmosphere, and game design and play challenges would be cool.

The game sounds amazing and when I watched you play I kept wanting you to stop and look around!! Like on the surface, at the light tower, looking out over the wreck would have been neat to see if you could see the people yelling.

Acert u won't believe how freaked out you get, when u hear the creaking of the floorboards when an enemy is walking around close to you... or how they interact with one and another.

Even if gameplay isn't going to be great (but I'm sure it's going to be) the game story, idea of whole game and under-water city is so cool and fresh! I'm looking forward to play the full game...
