I'm still fighting the WIFI network here so it keeps me connected long enough to upload something... anything... But still, here is a video of the other EA game I really enjoyed: SKATE.

wow looks amazing, animations are very slick and realistic, and i notice a lack of skating off buildings and grinding on telegraph poles!
definitely want to try this one!
thanks for the video :)

Yeah, playing the game is much different then watching it. This game makes skating fun again. It's challenging abut fun at the same time. Tony Hawk just got ridculous and easy. This game owns all Tony Hawk Games.

I always wanted a skate game realistic like this one... TH games are ridiculous....

Extremely realistic, doing even the simplest of moves takes patience. Not sure about the Right Thumbstick, but I need to play the demo.
I love the camera, it's very intuitively placed. For moves, it goes close-up to the board.

I swear to you if I even feel someone behind me ther's no measure to how fast I will bring this fight to your doorstep.

wow talking about just walking in and putting otny hawk to shame this game looks spectacular, the camera is wicked, and the game just looks great.
Realistism is where its at, tony hawk was fun for the first 10 minutes but then the completely unrealistic gameplay makes it get boring very fast

The demo is really great.
It's the first skateboarding game I've EVER been exited for before it came out. The THPS games were good, but are pretty stale now (or something).
Still, judging from the demo, this game will be awesome.

The demo is AWESOME. Did anyone notice that voice during the game, comes from the camera guy who constantly films you, if you have a decent audio setup, you can actually hear him talking from behind you. It's so frickin' awesome :D. I'm buying that one.
Once you get the hang of the flickit system, it plays like a charm.

just tried the demo yesterday. not so much tried, but spend my evening playing it.
Super fun, love the style, graphics are top, controls a fun to use (it takes a little bit of patience, but when you get it it makes all the sense!!!), the menus, and crazy graphs poping up, everything, top!

After my first ollie I said to myself that I would buy this game. I love the controls. At first I was worried, but the demo has burried those doubts!
After the arcadyness of the Hawk series this is such a breath of fresh air!
Pulling off the simplist of tricks can be so sattisfying and when you pull off the big stuff it feels like a real achievement- which is how it sort of is in real life!
*thumbs up*
