We want to thank Microsoft, Bungie and most of all Brian Jarrard for the awesome exclusivity we just landed since we managed to shoot the 17 minutes long presentation of the single player part of Halo 3. This is the first part that's just supposed to be a small sample of the good stuff to come as soon as we make sure our servers are not melting. It showcases the incredible replay feature on the Tsavo Highway level you"ve all come to know and love already. Have fun :)
Update: First gameplay video showing the very beginning of the level.
Update 2: And the second one is online :)
Update 3: Third part of the presentation is online.
Update 4: Last update for today, with the second to last part of the presentation.
Update 5: And here comes the last part! The full presentation will be available in the next few days.

Seeing how the experts pwn the rabble and trying to learn from what they do. This could actually make me a better Halo player. Replays are a fantastic feature!
Graphically the game looks pretty good. As good as Crysis, Killzone 2, COD 4, Bioshock? No. But certainly it's a marked improvement over Halo 2. It definitely ain't Halo 2.5. It looks next-gen to me.
There are so many new features in Halo 3, I cannot wait.
But yeah, this game is the WoW of xbox. sooo good, i still play halo 2 to this day once in a while.
Still can't get over how great it looks.
Long live Gamersyde!

Still to this day i honestly cannot believe the amount of people that were in doubt of Bungie's amazing abilities after the releases of halo and halo 2, it really is shocking how people expected Halo 3 to flop?
I introduced my babe to gaming, in the beginning she couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. When I compared her obsession with shoes to my gaming pursuits she began to understand.
She didn't like everything though, in fact she absolutely hates GTA. But she is just as excited about Halo3 as I am. Ok maybe not AS excited as I am, but she's getting there. lol
Gaming seems to have become the new couch sport for couples because all of my friends are doing it.

can't WAIT... (well... no actually, I can- that's the point of why I'm not looking now!)
Those games you mention, I don't think they'll offer you as much in terms of content etc. (although we'll have to wait and see), but they probably do edge it graphically those games, but not by much. Plus, Crysis is a game for a powerful PC.
But I do agree that its certainly not Halo 2.5, which a lot of people were expecting. It's most certainly next gen :D
anyways how the hell can you compare Halo graphics to Crysis? are you people mad? Crysis is a next gen PC game, way too powerfull for 360 or PS3 so when you compare competitors at least keep it on the same level...
and I agree, there are other games on consoles that look better than Halo3... but I can also understand why Halo is such a popular franchise...
Oh actually I take back my graphics argument, those games do look better lol. Doh! But still, the graphics are next gen enough for me! :D

I do think Halo looks great, totally next-gen, just not as good as the games mentioned. I wasn't in any way belittling Bungie's accomplishment or anything.

Keen to try out the 4 player coop though.
