Xbox 360

We are finally back from the Game Convention, so I've finally been able to take as much time as I wanted to encode the Halo 3 presentation properly. I even used a brand new method to remove the ghosting from most frames, to great results as far as I can tell. The result is a rather big video weighing almost 1.2 GB, and as you can guess it's only be available via Bittorrent and streaming, for the moment at least. MP4 and XVID versions will follow.
There is of course nothing new in this video compared to the five previous ones, only a better image quality and one single file ;)

It never seizes to amaze me how Bungie seems to think that in over 500 years, we still drive the same cars an trucks and still fire bullets. Anyways, awesome vid. Still love Halo:P

The thing I really miss from Halo 1 is the sense of heaviness and weight the Warthog had. The H2 'Hog felt small and toy-like, but it seems like the third iteration of it has a tad more weight behind it.

Personally i dont use torrents tho when i do i always keep my download on for others to use , its abit sad to say the least that so many ppl are selfish and only care for their own personal needs and do everything for themselves and nothing for others for their own gains ... then again thats not fully true ... Gamersyde still goes out of its way for us :)

It's not just bungie for sure - there are lots of games that assume that we'll still be using ballistic/kinetic and chemical explosive weapons (and gas-powered vehicles!) that far into the future. But who knows - maybe in the future we'll discover that simple projectile weapons are the most efficient. At any rate, Halo is still going to rock.

I'll try to seed for as long as I can after I'm done. I might not be able to do it for more than 2 hours my isp are kinda dicks when it comes to using the upload a lot and will place a cap on my connection.

People thought we'd be in flying cars in 2000, we are no where near close to having even electric cars for the majority of our transport, let alone some new radical thing like flying cars. Our methods seem to be refined a lot before anything new comes, if ever. Why fix what we've worked so hard to make more efficient? I think the Spartan Mjolnir suits are pretty high tech and 'futuristic'. That and

What I mean is, projectile weapons still kill people easily, there's no foreseeable reason to change to something new.
