Images of NFS ProStreet

Second EA game to be under the spotlights, the superb Need For Speed ProStreet. We really can't wait to get our hand on it and be sure that the game is as good to play as it is to watch.

Nice graphics, looking good but only 2 cars on screen.

lol, the drag races have 2 cars, yes, full races have 8 or so

man, some of the car textures are plain awfull...look at the BMW badge on the 2nd and 3rd pic, or the whole car in the last pic...ultra low res. i cant shake the feeling the game is gonna look only a fraction better then most wanted...not a million times better like the past shots have shown.

either way its NFS, it'll suck.

sacrifices have to be made for damage modeling, see forza 2, dirt, etc

So is the high praise you give to this game founded, or are you being payed by ea to hype it :) It looked terrible in the gameplay videos and most who have played it said that it was pretty bad.

hmm, all i see is praise from people whove played it :s i hate ea, but even id consider buying this, although most likely wait till 2nd hand so EA dont get my money

  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer oh yea that, Dragon Age was preloading at the time (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (1 Hour ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (2 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (2 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (2 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (2 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (2 Hours ago)
