my god, they're the worst trees i've seen for a long time. thats pethetic. lol.

as for the game. really didnt interest me. controller layout was an odd decision imo (right bumper and left bumper for pushing would have been better, as it allows you to keep you thumbs on the sicks...not have to alternate between X/A and the right analogue stick.

and its just far too realistic to be fun, visually it was ok. but a little bland (much like reality i guess. i'd much rather they made the extreme realism and controls an OPTION. rather then forcing it on you. if there was any proof needed that analogue controls dont work for all games, this is it. it may be awesome for fight night and NHL, but they've somehow made skating boring and they destroyed the def jam games with it.

once again EA fail.

i am not a big skating fan, but the demo has impresed me, it was difficult at first go, but with time & practic u get better & better, just like in real life, & thats where the gameplay depth stands in this game, is when u practic ur tricks & when u finaly get them right u feel like u achived something.
but i do agree with u KORNdog that the right bumper and left bumper for pushing would have been alot better, i was thinking the same when i played the demo, as u can can focus alot more on the right stick, with out needing to swop. but the right stick use for tricks i think its preefect

Being a past skater, and hating the cheesy arcade style of TonyHawk, I loved the demo of this.

My 360 is still at Microsoft repair, so I played on my friends.
Deffinatley goin' to buy this the day it is out.

FunFact:
My Friends 360 broke 2 days after I played the Demo.

The analog controlls may be hard to get in to but once you get the hang of how they work and get used to the sensitivity of them htey work awsome. how the tricks work is so simple and logical... if you have ever used a skateboard in real life that is. Once you get it in to your head how to move what with the stick it is so simple to translate a real life trick in to a stick-trick :)

The only down side is that the stick doeas have its limitations in sensitivity and sometimes produces a whole different trick then the one you were trying for.

KORNdog

To each is his own, but this would actually be a great example on how the analog can make a game better. It makes it a lot more fun then button mashing
