I'm quite honestly getting sick of the rain. Maybe we could see a car that is not wet for once? I want to see how the game looks when it's not raining!

I bet there will be no option to turn off the rain on the London curcuit, 'cause this will be the first simulation to show how the weather in London really is... always raining. ;-)

ScarJack

p.s: there's no rain in the tunnel pic :)

2nd pic looks like GT5 quality.. They should have that kind of lighting in gameplay aswell..

WOW!! That second shot looks SICK!! The lighting, textures and modelling looks spot on. Overall I think it looks better than GT5 because of the much higher detail in the backgrounds.

"Laughing my f***ing *ss off." How nerdy can you be.

Looks better than GT5 in photomode, that's true, but while playing it looks hella' different.

I've got a PGR3 Photomode shot I took as a PC Desktop, I changed the filters to give me a similar look to the above, and it's certainly fooled many people who think it's real.. when I say it's from PGR3, photo mode, they are amazed.. It's a shame there can be a vast gulf between photo mode and actual gameplay!..

Still, nice shots!..

It's easier to make the game look more realistic in photo mode, that's for sure. Some of the pics I took in Forza 2's photo mode look nothing like the stuff you see in-game. The main difference is the contrast level and depth of field effects.

DAMN! This might give GT5 a run for its money, after all. Gotta see some HD pics of the cockpit view.

What's up?
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer oh yea that, Dragon Age was preloading at the time (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (7 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (8 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (8 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (8 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (8 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (8 Hours ago)
