This Halo 3 absurdity is getting way out of hand now.
I really don't get all the fuss about the Halos series.
First one was good, but the second was seriously flawed.

Halo 3 overhyped? Hell, yeah.

@JWC the hype isnt because of the game quality, it is only because millions of people have bought halo 1-2...

tiago...you didnt understand the ad...he was on the battlefield with masterchief, i was firing on a M41...

i love this hype...."masterchief gave us hope.......BELIVE" ...Halo has a hidden message relating to reallife, like star wars does....... LOVE IT!!!!

Sorry that I'm not into 'believing' this Microsoft religion that is Halo.
It's a game and nothing more. Only thing I believe is that Microsoft will make a lot of money of it.

So what is so wrong with this advertisement?

JWCHeetebrij, Halo 2 overhype or not...people still play it regularly until todays. Hype does not keep a game fun for years.

He's not talking about fun, he's talking about this game is being hyped. And as long as his opinion doesn't contain insults or that kind of stuff he's allowed to express them here....

Documentry style I love them. So this ad I think that is so genious... And now I can understand what this 'believe' tagline means. Can't wait for the full ad.

Some are saying it's overhyped and others are saying it's being underhyped.

Going by that, i'd say Bungie/MS are pretty spot on this time round with the hype machine. Or they just can't win either way :p

GriftGFX Regardless they were in great form last night, aside from a little gaffe during their encore (Gravel Road). They played with soihadto, Wino, and Shadows Fall (who were great!) (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX Ye.. they played Motherless Child, Struckdown, 10000 Unstoppable Watts and Abraham Lincoln off the new record... which isn't the best live selection for SCFTW but it aint bad either.. (1 Hour ago)
