Microsoft just unveiled five new images of Speedball 2 on Xbox live arcade, probably renders of the redesigned version. It won't stop me from playing the real version, with its cool blue ice tones.

It's still just as good and addictive as it ever was. The upgrade in graphics works well, but I miss the old style injury machines and the cries of "ice cream!". You can switch to classic mode at any time though and relive those glory moments. God bless the Bitmap Brothers :)

nm there are multiple angles in the real thing too, not prerendered
