However with the wii controls it could be fun ... "could be"
Anyways, i want to remember that the team developing this game has some experience with the genre so i bet it will be an entertaining title for all the wii-owners out there, god knows they need it :)
You're actually wrong though, Vector is a character from Knuckles Chaotix, which makes him one of the oldest characters in the Sonic universe. As for Shadow, I doubt anyone who played SA2 on the Dreamcast dislikes him. He's been percieved as the gritty, gun wielding equivalent of Sonic, but that's not quite how he was originally portrayed - and that basically goes for before AND after the deadful solo game of his.
On the contrary to your prediction though, this comes out essentially at the same time as Super Mario Galaxy. I think most Wii owners will be well busy with that, and even if this turns out to be good, that'll prolly be its downfall.
It's a bit awkward in general to release a summer olympics game in winter.
I do think that the Wii needs more good games though. I don't consider myself to be a fanboy for any platform but how can you do anything but bash the wii when it comes to the games? Just collections of minigames and Zelda on there. Twilight Princess is the ONLY game i would even think about picking up for the Wii right now.
Disinterest isn't the same as no good games though. There are plenty of good Wii games that aren't minigame compilations.
She's definitely asking for 'it'.
