Gamersyde Diaries : The Simpsons

Gamersyde Diaries : The Simpsons

Here we go! A week or so after our Mass Effect GSD, Here is a new one about the official-not-about-the-movie Simpsons game: The Simpsons Game. And, as we are truly nice and fluffy, we even give you some real interview chunks in the video. Enjoy! (Oh and, by the way, we missed some errors in the subtitles, a new file is encoding and will be up tomorrow).

great as usual Gamersyde
your diaries are better quality then i see of programmes on TV!!

but will we ever see a return in the GSdiaries that talked about more then just one game at a time?
what i liked about that was if i watched it for one game specifically, i might also discover a new game.

Truth be told, these GamerSyde Diaries are are too lenghty and complicated to produce. We really love them, but we need to make some choices. Unfortunately, they do not go into that direction - not saying it won't ever happen again though. So, in the immediate future, the answer is no. Keep in mind this is NOT G4, and it'll never be. Our goal is to help you discover a game one at a time, with our mascots (Snoopers - Pipomantis) in a convivial setting with opinions, video sequences and interviews, etc. On that note, there may be other animators one day, who knows!

  • PlumbDrumb
PlumbDrumb *want* jeez. (14 minutes ago)
  • PlumbDrumb
PlumbDrumb are there Australian versions of the big corporate gaming sites, like Gamespot, IGN, etc? I wan't reviews of some of their censored titles. (14 minutes ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Though "I don't have time to play with myself" still plays. Always will. :) (5 Hours ago)
  • bleachedsmiles
bleachedsmiles i hear they're making a new Duke Nukem game (5 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Oh it's still very playable, it just doesn't really evoke the same things it used to. Its approach to interaction was a HUGE DEAL, and that part of it is disappearingly tame now. (5 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I've only played it on PC, but I can't imagine that the XBLA was significantly rougher. I mean, Doom worked on XBLA, and was still mighty playable... so I'm surprised Duke isn't. (5 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 ...I have a lot of respect and fond memories of all those games. They were made with a sense of glee and genuine excitement that you *don't find* anymore. Except in No More Heroes or something. (5 Hours ago)
